Interestingly, the Fierce Cyclops guardians are Lv. 71 (while the guardians before them were Lv. 72). If you were appropriately leveled for the World Balance guardians, you'll be just fine here between Lv. 70-75.
Abaddon is one of the best Personas to bring to this fight, provided it's reached Lv. 75 beforehand. At Lv. 75, it will know the passive skills Null Strike, Null Slash, and Null Pierce.
This spread of skills leaves it open only to taking electric or almighty damage from the Cyclops enemies.
While it doesn't innately know any elemental moves (which you can change with skill cards), with the Fierce Cyclops guardian shadows primarily physical attackers, Abaddon's passive skills make it almost impossible to hit.
This is a good way to effectively protect your MC throughout.

Fierce Cyclops Battle Strategy
In your fight against the Fierce Cyclops guardian shadows in P3P, you need to use pierce, ice, and wind attacks to deal damage.
While they only nullify electric, light, and dark magic outright, slash, strike, or fire will do chip damage at best due 💛to their resistances. Stick to the more effec🦹tive skills so as not to waste time or SP.
With Abaddon on your MC to protect them from the bulk of the damage, your teammates are your primary attackers. We’ve selected a spread of teammates for this fight who are capable of impressive pierce and ice damage to exploit Fierc🧔e Cyclops’ standard aff💮inities to these attacks.
Thankfully, by this late in the game, all of your teammates ought to know their heavy-level elemental attacks, and you’ll nee♌d to use them liberally d﷽uring this fight to make quick work of it.
If these heavy elemental skills are multi-target elemental skills of the same elements, then even better!
The fight is pretty straightforward until the Fierce Cyclops guardians reach around 20 percent of their total HP. Then, they’ll begin focusing on Mazionga and Last Resort as their attacks.
The best way to handle this is to focus everyone’s attention on the guardian with the lowest HP.
The fewer times you’re subject to these two attacks, the better, so pick off the Fierce Cyclops shadows one by one as their health begins to run out.
