How To Get The Cursed Skull
You can find the Cursed Skull in two places: higher-tier Luggage and Altars.
- High-tier Luggage is a step up from the usual ones; it’s rarer, often tucked away in harder-to-reach spots. These chests usually contain better loot.
- The Altar appears near the campfire at the end of each biome. These Altars drop rarer items as a reward for reaching a new area. This makes them one of the more reliable ways to find the Cursed Skull.

How To Use The Cursed Skull
To use the skull, just hold it and interact. This will trigger it to 'commune'. It instantly revives all dead teammates, but it also kills you.
If you’re the last one alive, or your teammates have already left or died during the session, the skull can still activates, but it ends your run for nothing. Don’t use it unless someone’s there to carry o🔯n.
