You can purchase the W Emblem Badge from Charlieton in Rogueport. Near the item shop, Charlieton sells the W Emblem Badge for 432 coins.

Charlieton also sells many rare items and Badges, so it's worth checking through his wares.

If Charlieton isn't selling the W Emblem Badge, walk to the train station and walk back to change the items Charlieton is selling. You can also refresh the shop by entering the pipe in the center of Rogueport, then enter the door to the right in the sewers, and continue resetting the shop until Charlieton sells🐟 th🐈e W Emblem Badge.

How To Get The Luigi Outfit

The L Emblem Badge is found within Poshley Sanctum, an area you first reach at the end of chapter six. Use your spring jump to climb up and towards the top left corner of the room, and hit the switch to open a pipe that leads to another Poshley Sanctum inside a paint▨ing.

Use your spring jump to grab onto the bar near the end of the hall in this ghost-infested version of Poshley Sanctum. Move towards the platform to the left and hop off. In this higher area, move down to the next bar and continue climbing until you reach the L Emblem in the top left corner.

How To Get The Waluigi Outfit

Equipping both the L Emblem and W Emblem Badge will give you the Waluigi outfit. The L Emblem Badge and W Emblem Badge don't require any BP to wear, so you're free to wear any outfit you please.
