How To Get Frostallion Noct
To get Frostallion Noct, you don't need to go to any specific place, there are no Alpha Boss battles involved or anything of the sort; instead, you can only obtain this Pal through breeding, by pairing two specific Pals.
First off, you will need to build a Breeding Farm, equip it with one Cake per egg desired, and assign two parents to it. The parents you're looking for are the Legendary Pal Frostallion which you can find in the Astral Mountains as an Alpha Boss battle, and Helzephyr, a Pal that can only be found at night.
Once you have both of them assigned to the Breeding Farm, all that remains is to wait for the Large Dark Egg to spawn, and then to put it in a Pal Incubator until it hatches.
Kee🍨p in mind that Large ꦑeggs take a long time to spawn.
