There isn't an exact drop percentage for it, so it may take a while to find one.

Take The Amber Fossil To Jina
Once you have the quest, locate Jina and head over to her. She'll spend most of her day at Mirror Pond Ruins, then come to Caleri's Library in the evening.
Talk to her, and Jina will identify it as a Sunshade Leafhopper, an ancient insect that hopped aroꩵund in Bahari Bay thousands of years ago.
You'll ask her what should be done with the fossil, and Jina will give you a few suggestions of who you can give it to:
- You can give it to Jina to give to her entomologist friend.
- Auni, your bug-catching friend and bug enthusiast.
- Elouisa, who enjoys bugs as well and has an interest in creating a museum.
- Tamala, who might be interested in it for magical uses.
- Or Zeki, who could want to sell the amber for a tidy profit.

You'll have complete freedom to decide who to give the fossil to, and each person will give you a different reward for it alongside a slight boost in relationship.

- The Duskwing Butterfly is an Uncommon insect that can only be found at Maji's Hollow between 3am and 6pm.
- The Garden Leafhopper is an Uncommon insect found around Mirror Pond Ruins, Mirror Fields, and near the Family Farm. It also has a five percent chance to spawn when foraging in the same areas.
After you pick who you want to give the fossil to, you'll receive your reward, and the quest will be complete.
