The Loom is unlocked at Furnishing level 2 in Palia. Once you've reached level 2, you can visit Tish in Kilima Village and purchase the recipe to craft the Loom at your plot. You can use this crafter to refine Fabric and Leather.

How To Get The Loom

Level up your Furnishing skill to level 2
- This can be done by crafting simple log furniture with Sapwood Planks

Go and find Tish in town, usually found in Kilima Village during the day
- You can use the map Waypoint to mark her on the map

Purchase the Loom recipe from her
- This costs 100 Gold

Head back to your plot and craft the Loom:
- 15 x Sapwood Plank
- 20 x Plant Fiber
- 2 x Copper Bar
- 5 x Ceramic
You now have access to the Loom.
How To Use The Loom
The Loom can be used to craft Leather and Fabric.
- Leather requires Sernuk Hides, which can be gathered by hunting Sernuks.
- Fabric requires Cotton, which can be farmed on your plot. You can also purchase Fabric for 190 gold at the furniture store in Kilima Village, the one that Tish runs.
It takes a little while to refine these materials. Once you've got them, Leather and Fabric can be used in a variety of crafting recipes, most importantly the Glider that Najuma will craft for you.
Without the Crafting License upgrade available at the Town Hall, you can only have five crafters on your plot at a time.
