In the cute farming and life simulator Palia, being a human can make you feel a little out of place. You don't know where you come from, and sometimes you need a little help trying to sort out the mysterious things you find. Lucky for you, Palians are a pretty wholesome bunch.
Once you settle down, you can count on their help whenever you encounter something new or (more accurately) very old. With some help from the residents of Kilima Village, you'll be able to figure out what this floating relic is all about. Humans, after all, usually struggle to remember their history.
How To Unlock The Floating Relic Quest
If you don't already have this quest, you can get it by fishing at the Fisherman's Lagoon in Kilima Village. It may take🅷 a while to get this item out of the water, so be persistent.
You'll know if you've fished the right item because, as soon as you do, you'll receive a pop-up notification for the quest on your screen, which will be automatically accepted.
The relic will appear in your inventory, and you shouldn't use it, or you won't be able to complete the quest.
How To Complete The Floating Relic Quest
This quest will require talking to a few folks from Kilima Village to get some answers. If the residents you're supposed to talk to don't display the normal flag icons, you can always start by talking with Jina.
You can talk to a few different villagers about the relic you obtained, and each villager will give you a little bit of information before recommending to chat with a different villager. It's a straightforward process, but here's an easy list of the people you should chat with:
- Jina
- Caleri
- Elouisa
- Zeki
- Einar
Einar should be the last person you consult during this quest, as he'll ask if he can keep what you have found. You will have two options to choose from, and both options count as a 'yes'.
You may need to speak with some of the villagers a couple of times to trigger the quest progression.
Quest Rewards
Once you talk to Einar the quest should finish, as long as you didn't try to use the Relic. You'll get the following rewards:
- Five Renown
- 'Strange Relic' Keepsake
