Swamp Coral grows on the sides of Neon Reefs, which are tall purple-ish spears found in larger lakes and ponds in The Mires, and they're used in several middle tier upgrades and tools, such as the Bio Lantern.

To harvest Swamp Coral, you'll want to use a Thermal Vac on them, as they have an intere𝐆sting mechanic thꦦat can make them difficult to obtain.

Swamp Coral can be extracted with a HandVac, but you'll need to time it so that the Swamp Coral has just grown in to a spot, or else it will fail to grab it.

They constantly grow in and out of multiple locations along the sides of the Neon Reef, and second, they react to heat.

With the Thermal Vac, its heat-inducing suction will vacuum up Swamp Coral at any time, and you can even make the coral spawn in by aiming at and vacuuming the pink misty spots.
