A Warlord of the Sea in is a pirate so fearsome that the World Government decides it's easier and more useful to bring them into the fold. With their bounties frozen, they are free to continue their piracy, under the condition that they're at the beck and call of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Marines, and don't strike against any World Government targets.

One Piece: Every One Of The Four ಌEmജperors, Ranked
Learn important details about the strengths and the achievements that some of the🃏 strongest pirates of One Piece have achieved.
With the institution of the Warlords now disbanded, there is a definitive list of all members since the series be༺gan. So, just༒ who is the best of the bunch? You can read below to find a ranking of every known Warlord.
11 🐼Edward Weeꦇvil
Who Even Is He?
Sadly, the only compelling thing about Edward Weevil is the preposterous claim that he's the son of the legendary Emperor, Whitebeard. The resemblance begins and ends with a similar bandanna and a mustache that, if we're honest, looks glued on.
Weevil is certainly strong, but is easily the least compelling Warlord. Perhaps if we learn some of the truth behind who he is, he could become more interesting, but until then, he's a dud among diamonds.
10 Ge𒐪cko Mor♔ia
A Shadow Of His Former Self
Gecko Moria is a great character when you l🍰ook at him as a foil for the protagonist Monkey D. Luffy. He had the same dreams Luffy did but failed in his efforts to become a great pirate. He watched his entire crew be killed by Kaido⛎, an event that transformed his view on piracy.
Moria accepted a comfortable position as a Warlord, let himself get out of shape, and populates his crew almost exclusively with zombies he has no emotional attachment to. He's almost the anti-Luffy, but it's clear he used to be so much more.
9 M🅷arshall D. Teach
Barely A Warlord, But He Made It Count
The best estimation for just how long Blackbeard was a Warlord is around two weeks. He held the title so briefly it almost shouldn't count, but he used it to get exactly what he wanted. No one to date has played the World Government as effectively as Blackbeard.
He handed them Ace to secure the position, then used the Warlord title to get access to Impel Down, so he could raid the prison for crew members. He was a Warlord for hardly any time at all, so it's hard to compare him fairly to the others.
8 💯 Trafalgar Law
Law, You're Better Than This
Law is a fan-favourite character and for good reason. His backstory is compelling, he has a great Devil Fruit power, and he's always sharply dressed. The only reason he can't be considered among the best Warlords is that he just doesn't need it.

One Piece: 8 Strongest Paramecia Dev🐼ꦑil Fruits
From Bonney to Doflamingo, here are the strongest Paramecia De💎vil Fruits in One🔴 Piece.
Obtaining the rank did nothing for him as a character, except to show that he had been doing something during the time skip. Law deserves plenty of praise, but being a Warlord isn't why. It's so inconsequential that losing the position seems to have made no difference to him.
7 Jinbe
He Didn't Answer The Call
The only Warlord to become a member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Jinbe is a character of deeply held convictions. These convictions are what caused him to lose his Warlord status, as he refused to j♚oin the other Warlords in preventing Whitebeard from his rescue attempt of Ace.
Th🅰is landed him in the same cell as Ace, as well as the loss of his Warlord status. Jinbe stands out for being the only Warlord to take a moral stand against the Marines. While some of ℱthe other Warlords might have wished they could only Jinbe actually did it.
6 Crocodile
That's Sir Crocodile To You
Crocodile was the first Warlord to serve as a full antagonist in One Piece, setting the tone for what to expect from the group going forward. Still considered among 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the best villains in the series, he 🎀is a mastermind capable of manipulating an entire country.
Power creep has made just how strong Sir Crocodile is supposed to be a little nebulous. Serving as an early villain that Luffy defeated means he shouldn't be considered as strong as later characters, but his treatment suggests he might be more powerful than we expect. Either way, Sir Crocodile shouldn't be underestimated.
5 Boa Hﷺa𝕴ncock
Snake Princess And Pirate Empress
Boa Hancock is remarkably the only female Warlord, but she stands out on her merits. Ruler of an entire nation and wielder of a Devil Fruit that can turn you to stone, Boa Hancock is an implacable opponent. Politically skilled, she balances her convictions with her desire to keep her people protected by her War♍lord status.
She has been an ally to Luffy on more than one occasion, but always managed to feign innocence and fool the Marines. The abolition of the Warlord system stands to impact her the most, but her cunning and combat skills leave no doubt that she'll come out on top.
4 Donquixote Doflamingo ℱ
The Heavenly Demon
Doflamingo is easily the most evil of the Warlords, gleeful in his crimes. He oppresses an entire nation, encourages scientific experimentation on children, owns a slave auction, and a list of other heinous acts so long even he couldn't make a piece of string equal to it.

Fans across the w💟orld voted to determine which One Piece charac💟ter they thought was the best, and the results display who is the most popular!
He's a fantastically flamboyant villain, one that's easy to root against. He's also a prime example of someone taking a seemingly weak Devil Fruit ability, power over string, and turning it into one of the deadliest powers in the series.
3 ൲⭕ Dracule Mihawk
Strongest Swordsman In The World
Mihawk is the first Warlord to debut in One Piece, granting us an expectation for how strong this group would be. He destroys an entire fleet, cutting ships in half with ease. That's all before he defeats Zoro with a pocketknife, displaying that the protagonists had a long way to go to be able to compete with pirates on the Grand Line.
Even though he's the first Warlord to appear, Mihawk remains relevant over 25 years later. He's still the greatest swordsman in the world and heavily involved in the story, a founding member of Cross Guild and the person who trained Zoro during the time skip.
2 🦩 Bartholꦯomew Kuma
The Model Warlord
In many ways, Kuma is the picture-perfect Warlord. Feared for h🌊is reputation as a tyrant, physically powerful, wielding a Devil Fruit power to great effect, and perfectly obedient. He became the model the World Government based their Pacifista on, the cybernetic soldiers intended to replace the Warlords.
Behind the scenes, Kuma was never loyal to the World Government. A founding member of the Revolutionary Army he has consistently worked against the World Government, even aiding the Straw Hat Pirates on more than one occasion. He's a fascinating character and easily one of the most compelling Warlords.
