Once you're in the Silo, proceed ahead to the door in front of you. Once inside the room, locate a door to the left side, interact with it, and then take the right path. Follow this road until you find the egg-shaped enemy; defeat it to gain access to the big door to your left.
Head through that door, and you will enter a red-lit room. Here, take the elevator on the left side and descend. After reaching the bottom, turn left and follow the path to go through the teleporter.
