How To Get The Chefosaurus Rex Deviant
Some Deviants can be acquired as a reward for completing a mission. The is one that you can receive from a mission given by Lowe.
When you unlock Meyer's Market, you'll find Lowe sitting at a table near the teleporter. Speak to him and begin the 'There's A Dragon Here' quest.
The quest will lead you to Sunbury. This is a town west of Meyer's Market.
The recommended level for exploration in Sunbury is 15. The enemies here are humans equipped with melee weapons and guns. Many of them will be standing guard at a post, making it easy to perform a backstab attack on them.
