Thankfully, it's very easy to change worlds in Once Human and you access it very quickly by following the main quest ಌprogression. You should be able to change worlds within five to ten minutes of starting the game, which means you won't have to wait long or do anything difficult to party up with your friends.

You Can Change Worlds At A Teleporter
The main quest will lead you towards a location with a Teleporter.
In our case, this was Dreadsville - we're not sure if this is the same for eveꩲry starting location or if it differs between players.
Regardless, once you've unlocked the Teleporter all you need to do is fast travel to it, walk up to it, and press G on your keyboard to be able to jump between worlds. Make sure to communicate with yo꧑ur pals so ✤that you can get on to the same world together.
You can also see the world's population from th🧔e dropdown list. This makes it easy to move between less populated and more populated worlds.
You Can't Change Servers
Currently, y🐼ou are unable to change servers in Once Human. This is something that will likely be fixed, although we're not sure w🐼hen. Make sure to pick the right server to play with your friends on, as you can't transfer characters across servers.
