Of all the storylines in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Octopath Traveler 2, Osvald's might be one of the most emotive, featuring many twists and turns and some heartwrenching revelations that center on a stoic man who seeks revenge for the tragedies that befell his family.
The final chapter of Osvald's tale takes him to Gravell in pursuit of Harvey, the man who has caused him so much pain. This chapter has a recommended level of 45, just like every character's final chapter, and since the random encounters will be on you from the off, it's a good idea to take this into account when preparing.
Dungeon Phase: Path To The Duskruin Shrine
This chapter is unique in that basically nothing at all happens in Gravell itself; you are ins🌞tead immediately directed toward🌄 the Path to the Duskruin Shrine.
When you enter this area, you'll be witness to a scene in which a man is taken over by shadowy magic. After the scene, use Osvald's Mug Path Action to retrieve the Villager's Black Crystal. The first Villager is weak to Ice attacks and can't do much to Osvald in return. Once you beat the man, he will return to normal.
Head to the right, taking the short detour around the rock formation in the background to reach a Healing Grape Bunch inside a chest. A little further up the road, you'll find a Laborer who can be Mugged to return him to normal. He cannot fight back, and is weak to Lightning.
Take the path between the mountains just behind the Laborer to find a red chest containing an Antique Coat. This is 💧a nice piece of armor that prevents Poison.
There are two NPCs further up on the main road that can be mugged to restore their sanity. Neither is very powerful, but they have some interesting things to say once they're lucid.
The Adherent at the top of a long flight of steps is a bit more powerful than the other NPCs you've fought so far, so be willing to heal when you fight him. He's weak to Ice. When you beat him, a scene will play out. Afterward, continue over the bridge to the east and pick up the Energizing Pomegranate (M) 🔯from the chest to the south before continuing on to the next dungeon🗹.
Dungeon Phase: Duskruin Shrine
Directly south from the entrance is an Olive of Life (L), pick that up and then head to the east of the save point and down the steps. There's a partially obscured path to the left here - take it and climb down the ladder here. The secret path below leads to a Critical Necklace.
Return to the main path and press on.
Pick up the Ice Soulstone (L) halfway down the curved staircase, and take a right at the bottom to get to a red chest containing 25,000 leaves. Continue further into the cave, and you'll reach the Duskruin Shrine: Depths area. All the way to the right here, you'll find an Empowering Lychee (L).
Once you have that, it's a short and linear path with an obvious chest to pick up (containing another Healing Grape Bunch) before you reach the save point and the path to Osvald's final boss.
There's a short detour to the right on this final path that leads to a Shadow Soulstone (L). Useful!

This battle is quite easy thanks to the enemies' low HP counts for this point in the game, but it's still important to be on your guard. The Small Golems can use a powerful attack that hits the entire party, and you'll want to make sure you're healed up before finishing the fight, so you're ready for the challenges that come next.
Having two Scholars is useful for taking on this fight's elemental weaknesses, and will also be handy in the next fight.

Unlike other characters, who get their second EX Skill when they complete their final chapters, Osvald will get his at the beginning of this battle. One True Magic acts like his other abilities, but costs 75 SP, deals non-elemental damage, and reduces Shield Points regardless of weaknesses. It also gains extra hits under the effects of Advanced Magic and Alephan's Wisdom. With the Warrior's support ability that lets you break the damage limit, you can deal huge amounts of damage with the right setups.
The early stages of this fight are actually quite simple - there aren't many unique mechanics to deal with and Harvey's strategy isn't tough to work around.
Early on, Harvey will summon two Pure Elementals - these have a decent chunk of HP, but they have easily-exploited elemental weaknesses and low defenses. Try to take them out when they showไ 🧜up to avoid them being a pain. He will summon these again later in the fight.
Harvey's general strategy is to use Lecture, which puts an ally to Sleep, and then charge up his version of One True Magic, which deals a hefty blast of damage to the entire party. Having a good source of party healing is advisable here, so bring a Cleric. Harvey has two versions of this spell, One True Magic and One True Magic II - the latter requires two turns of charging, so you'll know when it's coming.
Harvey's attacks are powerful, so you'll want to stay healed up as much as possible. He uses party-wide attacks of the same elements that Osvald can use, so putting on some accessories that defend against these elements can help out. More than anything, though, you'll want to be focusing on Breaking Harvey to prevent him using One True Magic as much as possible. One of the best ways to do this is with Elemental Barrage - even at its base level, it will take off three of Harvey's Break Points if he's alone, more at higher Boost levels.
When Harvey grants himself stat buffs, these are temporary. You can remove them with skills like Warrior's Abating Orb.
Later in the fight, after a conversation with Osvald, Harvey enters his second phase and gains some new tricks. The fight is largely similar, but Harvey can use Advanced Magic, whichꦡ will empower his regular elemental spells and will not run out. He will also gain a new set of weaknesses, which is denoted underneath the initial set of weaknesses in the table above.
In this section of the fight, Thieves and Hunters are your friends, thanks to their HP Thief and Precise Shot abilities, which make for fantastic Breakers. Use them to avoid Harvey's even more powerful ultimate attacks here. His three-turn One True Magic III will deal a huge amount of damage, and one of the attacks will even target your SP reserves. Inspiriting Plum Baskets are incredibly useful here.
As long as you have the healing to cope with Harvey's onslaught, you'll be the victor of the day.
After the battle, Osvald's chapter comes to a close; all you have to do is one final Scrutinize of the NPC on the upper floor after the cutscene.
