By heading south to Bravil and talking to Count Regulus in Castle Bravil, you can own thisꦓ ho🐭use for 4000 Gold. The house will be in the southern section of Bravil next to the canal.

Benirus Manor

Further west in Anvi𝐆l, you can own a large two-story building that’s located on the eastern side of the town. It’ll cost 5000 Gold and is bought by talking to💎 Velwny Benirus on the first floor of The Count’s Arm Inn.

Leyawiin House

If you go south from Bravil, you’ll hit Leyawiin, which 😼has another house that you can buy. It should be located in the center of the city. Talk to Count Marius Caro, and he’ll sell you the shack for 7000 Gold.

Bruma House

In the north, above Imperial City, you can find a city called Bruma. The house itself will be near the main gate. To buy it for 10,000 Gol🐠d, you must iဣnteract with Countess Narina Carvain, who is in Castle Bruma.

Cheydinhal House

Th⭕is house will be locate൲d in the southern corner of Cheydinhal, which is east of Imperial City. Head to Castle Cheydinhal and speak to Count Andel Indarys; he’ll sell you the property for a whopping 15,000 Gold.

Arborwatch House

When you get to the top of the map and northwest of Imperial City, you’ll end up in Chorrol. The Arborwatch house that you can buy is in the northern part of the city. Upon speaking to Countess Arriana Valaga at Castle Chorrol and giv🎶ing her about 20,000 Gold, you can own the Arborwatch House.

Rosethorn Hall

While this town is close to Imperial City, the cost of the house will force you to spend time grinding. This is because it’s 25,000 Gold. It is located in the northeastern part of Skingrad. You can buy it from Shꦕum gro-Yarug, who is in Castle Skingrad.

Frostcrag Spire

Also known as the Wizard Tower. This property requires a quest called Frostcrag Spire to be completed. To start this quest, you need to head to the tower, which is east of Bruma. Enter the tower and interact with the book that the sculpture is holding. Afജter that, the tower will be yours.

Dunbarrow Cove

South of Anvil and under Anvil Castle, you can find a cove called Dunbarrow Cove. To earn this property, clear the area of Red Saber Skeletons. Once you do, the side quest Dunbarrow Cove will reward you w༺ith a new house.

Battlehorn Castle
