To start the Leyawiin Recommendation quest, you'll need to first be part of the Mages Guild. You can talk to any of the guild hall leaders to join, and all you need is a clear criminal record. That means not being wa♉nted in any of the cities in the game.

Once you're part of the Mages Guild, go to the one in Leyawiin. It's situated in the western part of the city. Go inside and speak to Dagail, a female Wood Elf with pointy white hair. She will ask you to get her Seer's Stone and tell you to🥃 talk to Agata, another member of the guild.

Agata is a tall Nord lady with blonde hair. Talk to Agata, and she will explain to you what the Seer's Stone is. She'll then ask you to talk to the other guild members and ask what they know about the stone.

To progress the quest, you'll need to talk to Kalthar, a Nord with black wavy hair. Ask him about the Seer's Stone, and then go back and talk to Agata and tell her about the new information about the stone. She'll then tell you to talk to Dagail again, who will finally se✃nd you to go to a dungeon nearby.

Where To Find Fort Blueblood

Once you've talked to Dagail, the quest will update and mark Fort Blueblood on the map. It is east of Leyawiin on top of the 'B' and 'l' of 'Blackwood.'

Where To Find Manduin's Amulet

When you enter Fort Blueblood, it will be your typical dungeon ruins with leveled bandit enemies.

At low levels, they will be equipped with iron or steel weaꦬpons and armor. At higher levels, they might have better gearꦰ like glass or mithril armor.

Go through the dungeon until you reach the very end, where you'll have to fight the Marauder Warlord. Once you defeat him, loot the Fort Blueblood Key from his corpse. The key will open the last area of Fort Blueblood, where you can find a couple more 🦋enemies as well as some coffins.
