The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is packed with a diverse cast of characters, each offering their own distinct quests. These quests not only provide various rewards but also come with unique challenges in how you complete them. Some are simpl😼e, while others require more time, effort, and investigation.

For instance, you might encounter ﷺa concerned woman during your time in Bravil whosℱe husband has fallen into gambling and is now missing. She turns to you for help, hoping you can track him down and resolve the situation.

How To Start The Caught In The Hunt Quest

Make your way to Bravil and locate a young lady named Ursanne Loche, who can be found roaming around the town.

When you find her, speak to her, and she will be in distress, explaining that her husband has gone missing and that she needs your help.

This will start the Caught in the Hunt quest, and your task is to gather information about the whereabouts of her husband, Aleron Loche.

How To Find Aleron

To begin the investigation, make your way to the Lonely Suitor Lodge, where you will find an Orc named Kurdan gro-Dragol. When yo🗹u f💙irst talk to him about Aleron, he won’t tell you anything.

This is because you need to raise his disposition with you to at least 60 or a🌠bove.

Once you’ve done that, he’ll agree to talk about what he knows, but first, he wants you to retrieve a special axe from Fort Grief. Fortunately, he wiꦅll prepare a boat for you just outside the lodge to take you there.

After arriving on the island, you’ll see the gate to the fort in front of you, but it’s locked. Simply use the handle to the right side of the gate to open it and head inside.

To your surprise, you’ll actually find Aleron there, a🌞nd you’ll learn that you were both tricked in the same w𒈔ay.

The door you came through is now locked, meaning the only way out is to go through the fort, where you’ll need to kill one of the two hunters in order to retrieve the key.

How To Complete The Caught In The Hunt Quest

Navigate through the cave and follow the objective marker, which will lead you to the guard who holds the Fort Grief Door Key.

After you obtain it, head back to Aleron, but to your surprise, you will find that Kurdan has murdered him, and now you must kill Kurdan.

After avenging Aleron and killing Kurdan, loot his corpse and take the Fort Grief Real Key in order to safely exit the fort.

With this key, return to the hunter's run, and on the left side, use the key to open the gate. Then, interact with the lever to open the gate and finally leave the fort.

Sadly, you’ll now have to deliver the tragic news to Ursanne. Head back to Bravil and locate her. Let her know about the news, and then she will reward you with the Biography of the Wolf Queen, which is a Speechcraft skill book.
