Ask her if you can help, and she'll ask you to acquire some aquanostrum, which can typically be found in a pool at the bottom of Knotty Bramble.

How To Get The Aquanostrum For Sickly Bernice

Head to Knotty Bramble in the southern section of the Shivering Isles, southꦐ of The 🍒Hill of Suicides and west of Xavara, east of the Pinnacle Road.

Inside Knotty Bramble, you'll encounter several Grummites walking around the area, and they'll attack you on sight. Fight your way along the linear path west, then north to continue toward your objective.

When you encounter the Grummite on the other side of some Twisted Roots in the central area, turn north and continue along the path until you reach the door to Knotty Bramble, Hatchery.

From here, descend the path forward, and you'll see a large room with the pool of water that Sickly Bernice told you about.

Simply jump into the water near the statue, and your objective will automatically update, telling you that you've received a sample of the aquanostrum that you need𝔍ed.

Now, leave Knotty Bramble and return to Sickly Bernice at her Taphouse.
