Ohma is a pet of the Rank 6 Alien Boss, Velvet Chair Girl. The boss is inside the UFO stage in the fifth episode titled "Dead Cannon." Ohma's Battle And Its Rewards

The boss fight with Ohma has only one phase. You will fight this creature in your human form using your Beam Katana. Defeating this boss will reward you with Ohma Mucus (Rare). Plus, you can acquire Ohma Tears (Super Rare) by defeating Ohma in the Time Machine of Death Difficulty.

How To Beat Ohma

During the early stages of the fight, Ohma will use the Laser Shot towards Travis. You can use this to your advantage by getting to its backside and attacking it. Make sure you are always on the move. The boss' attacks are slow telegraphed, so you can react to them quickly. However, the laser beams it shoots can one-shot you, so you need to keep your distance and sprint around the arena.
Using Heavy Attacks is not optimal as you can not cancel them, and these combos take a lot of time to finish. Instead, you should make a lot of use of the Death Rain ability. This is because the ability locks on to the boss, allowing you to deal damage to it while running away from the Laser Shot. Death Slow is also a very powerful ability that you can use here. Whenever you get to the back of the boss, you can use ut to make Ohma turn back slowly. This will give you time to kick it and follow it up with combos.
Always remember that you can eat Ebi and Inari-zushi to replenish your Death skill gauge faster, so you don't run out of it.
