In-game, they come in the exceedingly rare odachi variant and ꩵthe more common hammer variety. It can be a little funny seeing them hop along to chase you down, but the sudden swings of their weapons will have you silent in a s💃econd. Plus, their soul core is incredible for knocking just about any enemy to the ground.
9 ꦬ Magatsu Warrior
Originally introduced in the final DLC of the original Nioh, the Magatsu Warriors are a terrifying sight. They're regular warriors who succumbed heavily to the allure of the spirit stones, like a more advanced form of the Aberrant Soldiers.
Their skeletal form writhes with sudden twitches, and their attacks are just as fast. It's incredibly deadly when attacking with its four arms, but the upper two can actually be destroyed. Even with just two arms though, they're still an incredible threat, gaining a whole new moveset to compensate.
8 𒁃 Mitsum🦂e Yazura
An unsightly thing that would be rather frightening to see in any scenario, the Mitsume Yazura's introduction in Nioh 2 is one to remember. While crossing a bridge in the mountain, this many-faced monstrosity approaches, leaving you no🦄 choice but to face it.
Mitsume Yazura has eight faces, but only three eyes are active at a time. It can be hard to track them, but it's the most essential means of depleting their ki. On the other hand, attacking the eyes that aren't active keeps you away from its more powerful attacks. Just be mindful of the elemental attacks.
7 Kiryoki
A variant of Enki, the wonderful monkey yokai from the base Nioh 2, Kiryoki is introduced in the f📖irst DLC of the game. They are immediately familiar by how they look, though their horns are larger and jagged now, and are notably wielding a switchglaive as opposed to their signature spear.
Kiryoki is terrifyingly adept with its switchglaive, able to alternate its modes with ease, giving it both incredible speed and versatility. 6 Nuppeppo
Oh man, Nuppeppo is a special guy. That body of theirs is absurd. There's little to be said for them historically. They're a great mass of movable flesh. Some tales state that Nuppeppo actually possesses human features, while others claim they're simply shapes that look human.
In combat, Nuppeppo has incredible damage reduction, and much more agility than one might initially expect. Rather uniquely, they cause the berserk effect on you when you're too passive around them, and can open their mouth wide to suck in anything near them. Their little butt jiggles when they walk, too.
5 🍨 🦄 Oboroguruma

Ubume is rather unique as a yokai. She's a grieving mother who took her grief to the grave, returning in constant search of her child. For Ubume, that comes in the form of a giant spirit stone shaped like a child that she keeps cradled close to her chest.
What stands out is that she won't actively engage in combat against you. If you get close, she'll attack, but only until you back off. Destroy the idol of her child though, and she'll snap, revealing an incredibly tall frame. She turns manic here, flailing at you with incredible speed.

Tengu hold a special place in Japanese histꦰory as denizens of the mountains that frequently appear as friendly spirits, nigitama. They hold the honour of incredible knowledge, and of passing this on to various persons of importance i🌳n history. In Nioh however, they appear as aratama, evil spirits.
Karasu Tengu are powerful enemies. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:They can take to the skies whenever they see fit and assail you with gusts of wind. They're just as dangerous on their feet, able to dance about the battlefield with vicious twirls and almost instantaneous swings of their staff.
2 Nurikabe
Nioh takes many of the Souls concepts and twists them in new and creative ways. Nurikabe is one of the finest examples of this. Illusory walls in Souls games almost feel like they don't want to be discovered. Logical, but hard on players. Nurikabe is a tad more conspicuous.
Throughout many levels of the game, there will be walls that growl and stare at you. Perform the correct gesture, and they'll let you pass with ease. Answer incorrectly though, and they'll pummel you into dust. It's a hilarious twist to have to literally fight the wall, and in some instances, you can even remove their talisman from behind without having to even interact.
1 Onryoki
Ah, a legend among legends. Anyone who's played the original Nioh has plenty of stories about Onryoki, and almost all of them may contain some unsavoury words. Onryoki is a truly great boss, the first real boss of the whole series, but you'll become a bit too familiar with them by time the game ends.
In their initial fight, Onryoki is weighed down by their chains with heavy balls that they use as weapons. Second phase, they break free of their chains and use these balls as projectiles. Then there's the Onryoki that simply fights with their own body. That's the one you'll fight the most. It's almost a joke how much you fight him, but it makes him impossible to forget.
