Almost 20 years after its original release, Mother 3 has still never been officially released outside of Japan. Nintendo has never offered up a concrete explanation as to why that is, and for some reason, it continues to taunt those of us who would give them vast amounts of money for an official US release. There is a silver lining for all you Mother 3 hopefuls. Even though the plush set is technically a Japan-only release too, the set does ship outside of Japan which means fans in the US can order it now. Good news, of course, but also kind of cruel🐼 if you think about it too much. An acknowledgment from Nintendo that there are Mother 3 fans outside of Japan, yet it remains unwilling to release the game in the US or anywhere else other than the country in which the game was made.

If you want to own the set of four Mother 3 plushes, you will have to pay 11,000 ye🐷n ($71) for it. Not too bad for what are clearly high-quality plushes, but it will likely end up costing you quite a bit more than that. The price doesn't factor in shipping costs to get the set sent from Japan to wherever you are in the world, and that's goin🧸g to be pricey.

Nintendo released an official set of Mother 3 plushes to celebrate the game's arrival on Nintendo Switch Online (Japan only). The four characters included in the set are Lucas, Klaus, Kumatora, and Duster. They come as a set and are not sold separately.

There are four characters from Mother 3 included in the set - Lucas, Claus, Kumatora, and Duster. Each of them is seven inches tall and they're all fantastic recreations of the characters based on the way they looked in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Game Boy Advance game. As for whether you will ever be able to have them sitting alongside you while you play an official US release of Mother 3, never say never, but if Nintendo isn't even willing to put it🔯 on NSO, it seems unlikely.

I🦋f the fear is that the game won'𒁏t sell, then surely putting it on NSO is the answer. There's no risk attached and if nothing else, Nintendo can monitor how many people outside of Japan play it to gauge whether releasing any future Mother projects worldwide would be worth it. The first two games in the Mother series were released outside of Japan - renamed Earthbound Beginnings and Earthbound - but Mother 3 never made it. Buy the plush set in your droves to further prove releasing Mother 3 outside of Japan would be worth Nintendo's time.
