How To Expand Your House

To expand your house, you'll first need to expand your yard. Everything in your yard is considered part of your home, and the bigger your yard is, the more room you'll have for machines, storage, and home expansions.

Expanding your yard is done at your workshop at the sign behind your property or at Construction Conjunction, and each upgrade takes Gols. The first Yard Expansion will cost a total of 1,000 Gols.

Once you've settled into your new workshop and gotten the tutorial missions completed, you'll get a notice to visit Heidi's shop, Construction Junction.

Construction Junction sits in the middle of town, next to City Hall𒀰, and it's where you'll do a significant portion of your house expansion a🍸nd building.

You can access the Construction Junction Catalog from the blue table in the room, and it will bring up the Home Expansion menu.

In the Home Expansion menu, under the Home Tab, you can individually stick additional rooms onto your home or change the size of your existing home.

You have a choice between three basic styles: a Stone House, Wooden House, and Majestic Style Room, and the initial size for all of them starts at 1,050 Gols.

After selecting a House Style, you can click and drag on an empty tile to either place a plain five-by-five room or begin expanding and customizing the size of the room you want to add, but the larger you make the room, the more Gols it will cost.

You can also add roofs onto your home or onto any additional rooms you add in the same way: select them from the Roof Tab, and then click and drag to create one of the size you need.

If you're not satisfied with your addition or don't want to spend the Gols yet, you can undo the decoration and get your Gols back.

Construction Junction Catalog is also how you can add various useable structures onto your home, such as the Chicken Coop, Barn, Hutch, Stable, and Simple Sandfish Pond.

You're also able to upgrade your Assembly Table at Construction Junction as well.

Using the Change View option, you can individually select aspects of your home and yard, such as the roof, the fence, and the walls.

Doing so will open up a menu, allowing you the chance to change the size, destroy it, or change the material, or for your home, change the appearance to one of the three styles: Stone House, Woo﷽d House, or M🌄ajestic House.
