How To Upgrade Your House In Portia
When you first get your house you will need to do some minor repairs to fix the holes inside, and once done you can begin to look at upgrades🌌.
To upgrade your house you will need to go into town and visit A&G Construction. Here you will be able to pﷺurchase both house upgrades and furniture.
You will need to have the items in your inventory in order to purch⛄ase the house upgrade.
You can start placing furniture, changing wallpaper, and placing rugs from the beginning of the game. In addition, there are several furniture items that can be used for storage, greatly increasing the number of iteಌms that you can keep on hand.
If you don't like the look of a certain type of furniture you can dye it if you have the required color type.
House Upgrades In My Time At Portia
You can upgrade your house four different times, with the last upgrade being a cosmetic one that makes yo💫ur house look much nicer from the outside. Here are what materials you need to have and the stat bonuses for each upgrade level.

The size four extra upgrade will make your home look nicer but doesn't give any stat boosts. If you wish to do this final upgrade then you need:
- 100,000 Gol
- 10x Wooden Pillar
- 20x Advanced Composite Board
- 30x Concrete
Once that is completed, you will be d🍌one with your house upgrades and 🌠will have unlocked all the possible stat boosts from upgrading your home.
Keep in mind that you can place furniture in your home to up your stats.
