168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mortal Kombat 2 is set to hit theatres this October, so we're still in for a bit of a wait before we can see the next part in this series. However, it's already finished, as 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:we know that it's been seen by test audienc🍷es - and now, Mortal Kombat co-cr💎ea🧸tor Ed Boon himself.

Unsurprisingly, Boon says that the film is great. In a post about Mortal Kombat 2 (as spotted by ), we see him with three of the actors, and he says they all "nailed it" in the new film. What💮's most interesting here is that one of them is Lewis Tan, who plays Cole Young, a character who is rꦫumoured to be killed off early in the film.

Maybe Cole Young Isn't Being Killed Off In Mortal Kombat 2 After All?

In his post about Mortal🎀 Kombat 2, Boon gives shout-outs to Chin Han, Martyn Ford, and Lewis Tan, who play Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn, and Cole Young respectively. Boon says th𝄹at they "nailed it" in the sequel, which does seem like an odd thing to say if one of them gets bumped off early into the movie.

It's also worth noting that Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn are major characters in the upcoming film, since it will actually꧂ focus on the titular Mortal Kombat tournament. So, Tan bein﷽g featured in the line-up here might indicate that he hasn't been booted from the series c💜ompletely.

Rumours to the contrary have been 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:floating around for a while now, with at least two sources who claim to have seen early cuts of the film saying that Young's role has been cut down compared to the first movie. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The most recent source suggested that he was killed off in the first 25 m♕inutes of Mortal Kombat 2. If this is true, perhaps he goes out in style, hence Boon's praise.

It also wouldn't be all that surprising if it is true, since the character of Cole Young was seemingly everyone's least favourite part of the first film. Focusing on characters from the games rather than an original ꧙creation like Cole Young would ♈likely be well recieved by the community.

We'll just have to wait and see if he has made the cut. Mortal Kombat 2 hi🐟ts theatres on October 24, 2025.
