Cold Fusion Was Referenced In Fallout 4 Nearly Ten Years Ago

Under the 'Research Proposals' tab, we can find a pitch to "Divert time/materials from current Phase Three research to exploring the possibility of sustainable nuclear reactions through electrochemical processes at or near room temperatures."
