17 Axolotl

15 Strider

Striders can only be found in the Nether and are surprisingly useful because they can walk on lava. Just strap a saddle to the back of one of these bad boys, craft warped fungus on a stick and you could stride through lava.

Thankfully, st🥃riders are passive mobs,🐽 so they won’t attack you like other mobs in the Nether. Striders mind their own business.

14 Fox

Foxes are unique in that they can sometimes be found holding an item in their mouth. It could be anything from a rare emerald 💞to a piece of leather.

The chances of a fox actually 🍷holding an item are quite low and they love to roam around, making them a bad choice 🍌for those looking to start an emerald farm.

13 Cat &aജmp; Oce𒀰lot

Cats and ocelots are great companions. Their presence can spruce up a village and they’re also a good source of string, but that’s about it.

Neither of these animals will defend you if you’re under attack. If anything, they like to get in the way by lying on top of your bed and chests. They're a bit of a pain.

12 Panda

Pandas are found in bamboo jungles. They drop bamboo and eat bamboo. It’s safe to say you’ll never have to worry about bamboo if you have a panda farm. To mate, ther🌸e must be at least eight bamboo blocks within a five-block radius of both pandas. Once that condition is met, feeding them bamboo will make them breed.

Fun fact, baby pandas have a chance to drop a slimeball when they sneeze. 🍸It’s cute, but also kind of gross.

11 Turtle

Turtles serve little purpose in Minecraft because they’re all about seagrass. When they breed, the pregnant turtle gets bigger and eventually digs a spot for her eggs. You can’t do anything with these turtle eggs and it’s easier to farm seagrass by swimming down to the ocean floor.

10 Rabbit

The rabbits in Minecraft are so cute, which is one of the reasons why they’re a common pet in the game. Their rabbit hide is useful for creating bundles and their rabbit’s foot is necessary to brew some potions.

Sadly, rabbit meat is one of♛ the worst foods in the game, restori💛ng only five hunger points per cooked rabbit.

9 Llama & Trader Llama 🧸 ꦯ

Llamas are a bit confusing. They must be mounted multiple times to be tamed, but you can’t actually put a saddle on them and ride them. This means that, while you can equip a llama with a chest, you’ll have to use a lead to keep it near you.

Having an animal on a lead can get annoying really quickly because it l𝄹imits your mobility.

8 Goat

Goats are a fairly useful addition to the Minecraft animal family, so 🌊there are a lot of things you need to know about these critters. In the Bedrock Edition, goats can drop goat horns if they smack into a solid block.

Using goat horns makes the same horn sound tha🥂t can be heard when a raid starts. Goats can also be milked, just like cows so they have a fair 🍒amount of uses.
