How To Unlock Eupha As A Follower
Eupha is the last prospective party member you meet, but she joins the squad a bit before the last one. You won't encounter Eupha until the Virga Island arc, and you might not expect her to become a party member for the bulk of your stay here.
She'll join the team at the end of the Dragon Temple dungeon. But getting her as a follower means approaching her afterward at any major settlement, when she begins to have a quest marker over her head denoting an obtainable side quest.
