While the 53 tracks will be spread across The Vinyl Collection's first five discs, the sixth disc has been saved for some of Metal Gear's most iconic sound effects. Side A of disc six has been dubbed Solid Sneaking and features nothing but various stealth cues from across the series, while side B is called Vs. Boss and does the same with all of Metal Gear's boss cues from throughout the years. Sure, a lot of the music will be missing, but among the 18 tracks included on the double LP, which costs $38, is The Best Is 🧜Yet To Come from the original Metal Gear Solid, and Snake Eater from Metal Gear Solid 3.
After almost a decade of nothing new from Metal Gear Solid, it's a relief to know the series hasn't been abandoned for good. It's also great for Me𝔉tal Gear fans that the resurrection of the series won't stop at games alone.
