Yuma's been here in Kanai Ward for a little bit now, and we're starting to get a real feel for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Master Detective Archives: Rain Code's dark and dreary atmosphere. This isn't an easy place to live in, especially not when you're Yuma Kokohead, a fellow who just can't say no to the next mystery. Even when his boss told him to lay low. Even when that boss ordered him to get breakfast and come straight back.

Then again, we wouldn't have much of a game otherwise. What's this chapter's setting? A school! You didn't think we'd get through a mystery visual novel without at least one school, right? Onward!

A Silent Curtain Call, Part One: Jealousy

Desuhiko Choice Chapter 2 Rain Code

The first thing we suggest doing this chapter is spending your most recent bunch of Detective Points. You should be able to snag Keymeister 2 at this point. It's somewhat hefty on the equip side of the equation, but worth hooking up. The rest are up to you, but raising Vitality is never a terrible idea.

Being tasked with cleaning up the house isn't what we'd call dignifying, though you'll learn some neat stuff along the way. When the chief sends you out on a shopping errand, just bring Yuma to the nearest meat bun stall. Following Shinigami afterward is simple, to be sure, but expect a button prompt event shortly after you see the girl. There'll be a second button prompt a moment later.

Several (clearly jealous) scenes later, the answer to Yuma's little thought bubble is Desuhiko. After all, he's a master of disguises! You'll be transported to Ginma District. Here, talk to everyone, not just the women, as you may gain DP from them. We gained some𝄹 DP from chatting with the girl standing in line 𓄧at a food vendor.

It's possible the girl only gave us DP because she's female, but it's worth a shot.

Outside the art gallery where one of the women advises you check, select the man in the red coat nearest to Yuma to earn 20 DP. Desuhiko then joins, and exiting the area where the yellow objective is marked will teleport you back to Aetheria Academy. Heed the warning about requests! Your access to them is cut off fa🦄irly early into this chapter.

So, that happens. And then plenty more scenes ensue! It's fun times, but you don't need our guidance. Just enjoy.

A Silent Curtain Call, Part Two: Costume Party

Toast to New Queen rain code

Our first investigation scene of Chapter Two soon commences. Check every item at the wine table, and when you chat with Kurumi, select all four suspects to earn full DP. We also need to poke around behind the stage for the misplaced script. After, go near the green staircase to be taken up to the catwalk.

This next part has us answer Desuhiko on which of three students to disguise Yuma as, but in truth, we'll want to swap between all three getting information one at a time. Make sure to chat with the various NPCs as well; you never know when someone'll toss a few extra DP your way.

Yoshiki and Rain Code

There's something additional you'll want to do when you're disguised as Kurane. Getting into her room to gather evidence will require speaking with the costume staff girl. She'll then pull Kurane out of the room she's in, giving us access to it.

With all three disguises behind you, the game then asks whether Yuma should disguise himself as Martina, or the chubby Peacekeeper, or use Halara's Forte. The correct response is Halara's Forte. Our goal is to disguise as Martina, but Desuhiko's too tired to tap into his own Forte again - you'll see. You'll get some Detective Points regardless, but this is the best outcome.

The Peacekeeper you're searching for as Martina is outside the school and to the left. Chat him up. It'll be a little while again before you get to more gameplay, but when you do...

Mystery Labyrinth, Part One: Howdunnit

Sword revealed in Rain Code

As we've done with previous Rain Code chapter guides, we'll cut the chaff on this most gameplay-intensive portion, skipping ahead to the answers and tactics necessary to pass with flying colors. Shall we begin, Master?

  • Repel "Then it has to have been Kurane."
  • Equip "Lighting Staff Testimony." Slash "She dripped the poison right in."
