10 ✤ Pirate Land
Have you ev🌜er wanted to party like a pirate? Well, in this forgotten land you could. Pirate Land was a board from Mario Party 2 that was fill💖ed with cannonballs, sharks, and treasure. You even got to dress up as a pirate and face off against Captain Bowser himself.
It’s a pity that this board often gets overlooked ဣin favor of Mario Party 2&rsqu💞o;s other boards, Space Land and Horror Land, both of which have appeared in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mario Party Superstars. If it helps, we’d take digging for buried gold over being🅠 chased by the Snifit Pa༺trol any day.
9 DK’s Treetop T🧜emple
DK’s Treetop Temple from Mario Party 8 was your regular Mario Party board with a Donkey Kong aesthetic. The rules for this party were simple: all you had to do was get to the star before your opponents did. Although this board was standard gameplay-wise, we ab﷽solutely loved the e🃏nvironment. Everything here just screamed DK. Its lush jungle, barrel elevators, Ukikis, and giant Donkey Kong statue (that we wish we could have taken home) were all things that made this board a standout.
Also, thanks to its classic setup, DK's Treetop Temple could easily be introduced to any newcomer who loved Mario but who had yet to visit one of his parties.
8 ꦜ Shy Guy’s Perplex Express
All Aboard Shy Guy’s Perplex Express! This Mario Party board took place entirely on a train. But rather than solving mysteries like in a certain Paper Mario game, you instead raced your way to the front car. Reach it, and you could buy a star from the head Shy Guy running the locomotive. However, this board didn't make it easy for you. If you landed on a pesky green Event Space, you could shift the layout of the train and accidentally end up in the last car or even on the roof.
Not to mention that landing on a troublesome Bowser Space would cause Bowser to become the train conductor. He would even take away a star if🦩ও you made it to the front car first! How awful!
7 Toy Dream
Have you ever wanted to play alongside giant, colorful toys? Well in Toy Dream, you could. Though this Mario Party 5 board was straightforward gameplay-wise, we still have fond memories of this Dream's vibrant world. Who could forget all the fun times we had riding around on the toy train and collecting coins as the locomotive moved?
And whꦕo could forget the many times Bowser’s cannon shot us back to the beginning after we landed on a Green Space? We certainly haven’t forgotten how we used to fly back to start,📖 our moving progression all undone, thanks to one bad dice roll. Ah, memories.
6 🔥 🐻 E. Gadd’s Garage
What’s better than being handed one of E. Gadd’s wild inventions at the start of a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Luigi’s Mansion game? How about visiting and partying on an entire board dedicated to the professor’s wacky robotic projects? E. Gadd’s Garage from Mario Party 6 let you explore and collect star♏s in a land created by the eccentric E. Gadd himself.
Though it was a bit intimidating running through this board at night, we we🧔re still pleasantly surprised at the many tricks and gimmicks this party contained. We especially miss being able to sell and combine our Orbs when reaching an Event Space. What a great invention!
5 𒐪 Sweet Dream ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ
It’s a pity that when peo꧂ple think of a Mario Party cake, all thoughts immediately go to Peach’s Birthday Cake. Sure, it was pretty and all, but that party only had two cakes. The Sweet Dream board on the other hand was co🐽vered in desserts. Appearing in Mario Party 5, Sweet Dream was a tasty board made up of different cakes, candies, cookies, and whipped cream. It was a playground of confectionary that you got to climb up, down, and all around in.
As much as we loved the two-cake simplicity of Peach’s board, in the world of fine dessert dining and Mario partying, it's better to go all out.
4 Grand Canal ༒
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ready to set sail on the seven seas? Unlike other parties, Mario Party 7 ferries you from board to board via the MSS Sea Star. One of the boards that yoꦑu could visit while traveling was the Grand Canal. The Grand Canal was a charming board that featured gondolas, quaint houses and bridges, and even a leaning tower. It also featured a giant B✱looper, who was there to add some juggling treasure chest chance time to the party.
It was a beautiful location and one that we wish we could have visited for real. After all, who wouldn't want a photo next to singing Shy Guys steering a gondola?
3 ꧑ Windmillville
Another vacation board you could visit in Mario Party 7 was Windmillville. Here, the way you obtained stars was a little different from your regular old party. Instead of chasing a star down, you got stars by depositing coins into the multiple windmills that were peppered all over the board. These windmills could hold one, two, or even three stars. However, even if you got a windmill and a star, that didn't mean it would stay yours forever. Nope, the second an opponent deposited more coins than you, it was bye-bye star and bye-bye Superstar title.
The concept of using property to both obtain and steal stars added an element of strategy to this already hectic party. Sadly, Windmillville𒊎 is often overlooked in favor of Koopa’s Tycoon Town, but don’t worry. We haven’t forgotten about the Koopa Shepherdesses.
2 𓆉 Bowser’s Warped Orbit
In Bowser’s Warped Orbit you partied a little more... evilly. Appearing in Mario Party 8, this board started you off with five stars and encouraged you to collect more. However, there were no star spaces. Instead, you had to take stars from your enemies by either putting on a Bowser Suit or by eating a Bulleᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚt Candy. Yup, if you wanted to be a Superstar here🅷 you had to steal. No collecting twenty coins, no chasing after a star, and no buying pr⛄operties.
Thanks to this board’s chaoti𝓀c nature, Bowser’s Warped Orbit might be Mario Party’s most rage-inducing board yet. Pity that it hasn’t made a reappearance in more recent Mario Party titles.
1 🔜 ⭕Airship Central
Remember when Mario Party had vehicles? And remember when you were stuck i💛n said vehicles with your enemies and were forced to move in a group? Although these road trip-based parties made us yearn for the days of our single-player solitude, we can’t deny that we had fun manipulating the driver’s seat so that our opponents had to collect Stars. At least the Airship Centrဣal board, from Mario Party 10, gave us the chance to ride around in a cool airplane rather than a boring car.
Airship Central also took place in the clouds and featured floating airships, beanstalks, and rainbows. It even let us fight Kamek, Bowser's annoying right-hand Koopa. It was a fantastic party view and almost made us forget about all that annoying driving we had to do. Almost.
