Outside its massive open-world with interconnected courses that pushes the series to new heights, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mario Kart World shocked fans with its weird and wonderful ro🃏ster of characters. From iconic returning characters to random obscure enemies that don't even have arms to steer, the plethora of characters is seemingly unending.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网: 8 Mario ✅Games With The Best Art Styles
This plumber has never looked better.
Some of the silly choices, such as the Cow, Dolphin, or Snowman, have quickly become fan favorites, and there are plenty more great characters in the series that deserve to be playab🐽le. Wit♑h all limits seemingly off the table, literally any character could be added in a future update.
The choices 💞on this list are inspired by the roster that Mario Kart World✤ has and the characters it added as drivers, rather than just being highly fan-requested characters.
11 🍷 Prince Florian
The Only Prince
Surprisingly, Mario Kart World has only taken characters from the series' older titles rather than the most recent, which in turn has left some of the best out of its roster. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Bros. Wonder was a brilliant step forward for 2D Mario games, bringing creativity and originality back into them after everyone and their mothers got sick of the repetitive 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:New Super Mario Bros. titles.
One thing🌊 that made Wonder so fresh was its original cast of enemies and characters from the Flower Kingdom. The Mario series loves its fair share of princess characters, but for the Flower Kingdom, we were introduced to the wonderful Prince Florian. This little Wiggler-like character was the main companion on the journey around the kingdom, and he deserves an invitation to join Mario on the track as much as any of the princesses do.
10 Plessie
Riding The Waves And The Track
This wonderful sea-faring plesiosaur creature has made her name known with numerous appearances since her debut in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario 3D World. This lovable creature has become an iconic helpful ally to Mario, no matter the adventure, carrying him acro🧔ss any waters, even the most poisonous, safely.
Plessie is a speed demon, racing across water and sometimes even ꦆland, and no one is better at surfing on the waves than her. The only issue is her size, but this can be solved by turning her into a baby or even making her into a 🔯kart instead of a character, just like her fellow plesiosaur Dorrie, was.
9 Cappy
A Second World Trotting Adventure
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Odyssey was a monumental title in the Mario series, and it is one of the most creative Mario titles around. The capture mechanic helps make the gameplay fantastic, andꦺ the character we have to thank for that is Cappy. This helpful Bonneter is the companion who journeys with Mario across the world, and he is one of Odyssey's best who we need to see more of.
Being such an important character to one of the Switch's best-selling Mario titles, it's so strange that Cappy has yet to appear in a single spin-off. While characters such as Cow and Fish Bone👍 are fun to have and make Mario Kart World feel original in terms of the roster, it's a shame that important characters are missing while generic ones make their way onto the track.
8 Luma
Shining Stars
Mario Kart World's character selection might seem a bit random, but Nintendo has seemingly made sure that every mainline Mario game has some sort of representation. One game, however, that deserves more is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Galaxy, and the iconic Lumas would be perfect. The Lumas are the main stars of the Galaxy games, and while they have appeared all across the series, th♔🐼ey have strangely been absent in a ton of titles.
In Mario Kart Wii, Rosalina had a Luma race alongside her kart, and even in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Smash Bros., she is seen fighting alongside her children. Rosalina without her Lumas is like Peach without her Toads. With how desperately fans wish t𓆏o see a Super Mario Galaxy Three, adding Luma would at least show fans that Nintendo still cares about the Galaxy games.
7 Ninji
Jumping For Joy
These cute star-shaped ninjas first made their jumping debut in not a Mario title, but the original Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2, Doki Doki Panic. Despite this, they have gone on to make many appearances in the series while also being super niche, often appearing exclusively in the 2D titཧles.
On the Switch, Ninji had a renaissance of sorts, with them having a major role in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Maker 2 and then being a recurring enemy in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They have also started to become playable in the spin-off titles, too, including being one of two new additions in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Party Jamboree. It's ༺quite strange to see that they are just missing from Mario Kart World despite being one of Nintendo's and our newfound favorites꧑.
6 Volbonan
Cooking Up A Storm
Super Mario Odyssey was a breath of fresh air 🍬for the series, taking Mario across the globe to meet unique new characters. Unfortunately, most of Odyssey's characters have yet to debut in any other title, including Mario Kart World, but that's where adding one of the many kingdoms' unique species could make for a wonderfu💙l addition.

𓄧 10 Must-Play Launch Titles For Nintendo Switch 2
The Nintend𝓰o Switch 2 has a stacked launch line-up, but which titles are wor🌼th checking out the most?
The Luncheon Kingdom's Volbonans can easily fill a slot as another wacky niche character. Racers such as Stingby and Coin Coffer have already shown that hands are not a requirement to be a driver in Mario Kart World, meaning there's no reason why not. The joy with Mario Kart World's roster is its completely random choices, and t꧂hese little chefs would make for a great pick.
5 Bulrush
Rushing And Racing
Super Mario Bros. Wonder did amazing things for the Mario series by showing how, even after so many decades, Nintendo can still inject new life and creativity into its most iconic series. One of the best aspects of Wonder was the cast of enemies, ranging from niche old ones to fun new ones. Despite thജeir wonderful designs, not a single Wonder original enemy is playable in Mario Kart World.
With racing in mind, th😼e best character we need to see to get that sweet Wonder representation is the Bulrush. These triceratops, like enemies, charge on through a level, rushing past, and if jumped on, Mario and friends can hitch a ride on them. These silly enemies have such a fun design with them wearing sporty pants, and they fit perfectly into the roster of Mario Kart World.
4 Poochy
Cuteness Overload
The Yoshi series has brought us some of the most creatively crafted 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:2D platformers, and one thing that makes Mario Kart stand out is how much it references all parts of the Mario series. Whiꦉle mainline Mario titles have their iconic characters, the Yoshi ones have their own fair share, with the adorable dog, Poochy, bꦐeing a fan favorite.
Poochy has already made his karting debut in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mario Kart Tour and is, sadly, one of the few characters that have yet to appear elsewhere. With Mario Kart World borrowing many of the costumes and items from Tour, we hope Poochy also makes his way over. Any Yoshi's Island representation is always welcome, especially after the fantastic track in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
3 ไ Toadsworth 𒀰
Returning From The Grave
If you ever played a Mario game in the GameCube era, there's a chance you might recognize this old fellow, but likely forgot all about him just like Nintendo did. Toadsworth first debuted in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario Sunshine as Princess Peach's steward and b🦋ecame one of the era's most iconic characters, but despite this, he quickly faded out of the series' relevancy.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Every Mario K💃art Item Bo𝓡x, Ranked
Let's see which Mario Kart iౠtem box comes out on top.
Toadsworth used to be an important character, appearing in countless games after his debut. However, with the end of the GameCube era, he seemingly vanished from the series after a couple of smaller appearances in spin-off titles. Mario Kart World has brought back other lost souls from the GameCube, such as the Piantas, and we need to see Toadswort꧟h brought back out of the retirement home for one last spin-off.
2 New Donke𝐆r
Introducing Your New Favorite Racer, Human In A Suit!
Mario Kart World is seemingly trying to have one of t𝔍he most wacky racing game rosters out there to embrace its cartoon aesthetic. What's a better way to embrace that with the classic trope of the out-of-ౠplace realistic human character with the New Donk City inhabitants from Super Mario Odyssey, the New Donkers?
Specifically, it would be incredible if it is the New Donker who drives an RC car around. There is even a mini-game that has you capturing him to race the RC car around a track, and now doesn't that sound familiar? 🌄Having all these expressive and cartoon-like characters alongside a realistic office-working human would truly cement World's roster as the series' silliest.
