Updated on November 6, 2023, by Gary Kay: Now that the booster course DLC has finally wrapped up, the number of playable courses in the game has indeed doubled! Now that we know all of the courses in the complete booster course pack, we can look at the best courses that were passed up from being included in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
8 Moꦺo Moo Farm
N64 - Mushroom Cup
You might see the name of🅘 this track and be confused since Moo Moo Meadows is already in Mario Kart 8 and is one of the most iconic tracks having been ported over from Mario Kart Wii; however, Moo Moo Farm is a similarly named t🍸rack that is completely different.
While Moo Moo Farm might not be as iconic as its younger sibling, it is still just as fun to race. The course was also featured in Mario Kart DS as well, where it managed to impact another generation as well. While another Moo Moo-themed track might seem overboard, the theming is still fun, and it would have been great to see it in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:8 Deluxe's style.
7 🐟 Dino Dino Jungle
Double Dash - Special Cup
While Double Dash is seen as one of the more obscure Mario Kart games with its unique play style and being on the less popular Game Cube, it is still a cult classic for a reason, and one of these reasons is the track variety. One of the best tracks original to this game has onlyꦅ reappeared in console Mario Kart games again in Dino Dino Jungle.

Mario Kart 8: The𝔉 Hardest Tracks To Perfect
You m๊ight be pretty good at Mario Kart, but these tracks will take some time to master.
The prehistoric-themed level has plenty of unique obstacles and an interesting layout that has only featured in 7 and tour sin🐓c💃e its initial release, and it would have been amazing to see how it looks and plays if it had been ported onto 8 Deluxe.
6 ౠ Peach Beach ꦿ
Double Dash - Mushroom Cup
Peach Beach is a clear highlight when it comes to the courses that are original to Double Dash. It has memorable set pieces and locations but feels incredibly fast-paced and fun to race through. The course was popular enough after its debut in Double Dash to return on the Wii, but it has been abs🐷ent from console entries since then.
While the map still looks amazing on both Gamecube and Wii, it would look 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:even better on the Switch, and the potential for added details in the scener🎉y is almost endless. If there is one thing modern Mario needs, it is more references to Mario Sunshine.
5 Rainbow Road ꧂
DS - Special Cup
While Mario Kart DS did not have the graphical ability of other games like Double Dash, Wii, and 7, it is impressive just how many memorable courses the portable classic spawned. A track that is assured to nearly always be remembered fondly is Rainbow Road, and DS' iteration is one of the best.
While it does not have any of the more unique theming that can be seen in later Rainbow Roads, the layout of the course is its strength. The 168澳洲幸运5🎐开奖网:twists and turns ke𓆏ep this track chaotic, and it would have been amaz꧙ing to see how it could have been re-imagined if brought into 8 Deluxe.
4 ♋ Delfino Square 🅷
DS - Flower Cup
One of the classic tracks that makes Mario Kart DS such a memorable game is Delfino Square. The co💦urse is pretty simple since it features quite early on in Mario Kart DS; however, it has a fun layout with a unique setting to match. The course takes clear inspiration from Delfi𒅌no Plaza in Mario Sunshine and uses this to its strength to give it a fun atmosphere.

The 10 Best Kart Racing Game💯s, Ranked By How Terrifying They’d Be To Participate In
Kart racing games seem꧂ fun when you're playing them, but they'd be downr💃ight terrifying to take part in for real.
The course made its way into Mario Kart Wii but has not been featured in another Mario Kart game since. There are plenty of stunning town-based course꧒s in 8 Deluxe, so getting to see a classic one remade would have been a great opportunity.
3 Airshꦬip Fortress
DS - Star Cup
What was so amazing about Mario Kart DS at launch,ဣ and even looking back at it now, is how much atmosphere and grandeur the developers created in the courses present in the game. One of the most atmospheric and fondly re🦩membered courses is Airship Fortress.
The course is a clear callback to the fortresses that Mario has to work through inꦯ traditional Mario platformers, and it pulls on as many references as possible. The track also has a fantastic sense of scale♊, with the jump into the broken tower putting the rest of the course into perspective.
2 ꦏ Shy Guy👍 Bizarre
Mario Kart 7 - Mushroom Cup
While Mario Kart 7 is often overlooked since Mario Kart 8 launched so soon after it, the original courses it introduced are still൩ some of the best in the series. One of the best in the game is Shy Guy Bizarre, which creates an atmospheric Bizarre at night that you race through, choosingཧ from a few different paths.
The different option✅s of paths and how this course takes full advantage of the new flying mechanic are why this course would flourish in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Hopefully, in the next Mario Kart entry, we can see this course with a new coat of paint.
1 Wuhu Loop
7 - Flower Cup
One of the best features introduced in Mario Kart 7 for the 3DS that is often overlooked because of the gliding and underwater riding are the longer tracks. A handful of tracks featured in 7 use just one extended track instead of looping three times. This continued into Mario Kart 8, and the tracks t🦹hat use this feature, while being a little harder to memorize, always end up being some of the best.
A standout example of this is Wuhu Loop. The track celebrates the now nostalgic setting of Wii Sports Resort. While the subject matter now lacks a little relevance, if it had been featured in 8 Deluxe, it would have been a great caꦛll back and a fun track.
