Vihaan, Goldwaker is versatile in that it has two separate effects, both of which are of great usefulness. Vihaan gives all other outlaws vigilance and haste, making them both threatening attackers and blockers since you don't have to worry about them getting tapped.

The other effect Vihaan, Goldwaker has turns all your Treasure tokens into 3/3 Assassin creatures. Since Assassins are considered outlaws, they won't tap when they attack, letting you still use them as Treasure tokens after attacks. They have haste as well, letting you attack with them the turn they enter the battlefield.
