Unexpected Windfall is a fantastic card that even saw a lot of Standard play. It's great in Pauper as well, allowing you to dig through your deck while ramping you up at the same time. For just four mana and discarding a card, you get two Treasure tokens and draw two cards.
Unexpected Windfall is so good because it is an instant spell. When your opponent reaches their end phase and you have mana up, you can use it when you don't need mana anymore for that turn. It sets up your graveyard in graveyard decks and gets you closer to your win conditions with its drawing.
3 🌠 Goblin Javelineer
Goblin Javelineer is a phenomenal card in Aggro decks running red. For just one red mana, you get a 1/1 creature with haste and an effect that will deal one damage to any creatur🐼e blocking 𝐆it.
This means that you will always do two damage to a blocker, even dealing the one damage from its effect before creatures with first strike. It makes blocking it that much harder, as unless a creature has two or more toughness, it will die without trading. Almost every black deck wants to run Deadly Dispute for how good it is in Pauper.
