10 Gishath, Sun's Avatar

The Tyrant King

The Magic The Gathering card Gishath Suns Avatar by Zack Stella.

It's so easy to get this Dinosaur commander going that it's no surprise that Gishath, Sun’s Avatar makes for a great bracket 4 commander. Connecting Gishath with an opponent letꦺs you takeᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ a number of cards equal to the amount of damage Gishath does to a player. If you have a few combat steps queued up and a reliable way to give your Dinosaurs haste, you can quickly chain an overwhelming force on the battlefield, especially with any 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:kindred bonuses you run to buff your Dinos a bit.

9 ♍ Zhulodok, Void Gorger

An Eldritch Terror

Zhulodok, Void Gorger card with the art in the background.

An absolutely ridiculous commander, Zhulodok, Void Gorger takes all your colorless spells that you cast with seven or more mana and lets you cascade twice from them. You are all but guaranteed to hit something good with this spell, and though you can’t chain them, you can toss out up to three Eldrazi with a sin🧜gle cast.

While being colorless does impose a special deck building restriction, that’s not really a problem for Zhulodok since Magic has all sorts of mana rocks and artifacts to ramp you up to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:getting this Eldrazi out as soon as possi🍸ble.

8 💫 Sythis, Harvest’s Hand

Neverending Enchantments

The Magic The Gathering card Sythis Harvest's Hand by Ryan Yee.

Enchantments are generally in a weird spot in Magic. Enchantment removal is typically to niche to run in most decks, and even then, more often than not it is regulated to white and green cards. All this helps Sythis, Harvest’s Hand stick on the battlefield, and is almost a built-in 🐷protection for all your enchantments.

With Sythis out, anytime you cast an enchantment you get to gain a life and draw a card, turning all your enchantments into cantrips💃 while keeping your life total high. The other thing Sythis has going for it is that it only costs two mana to start, making every subsequent recasting with commander tax relatively easy to pay.

7 🤪 Tergrid, God Of Fright

What’s Yours Is Mine

A rare Game Changer commander, Tergrid, God of Fright is a nightmare of a commander to fac𒊎e against since no♒thing remains your opponent’s once she gets going. While she has two sides, you’ll generally only be casting the creature side of this card since it is exceptionally powerful.

Tergrid is built around sacrifice and discard effects, where when your opponents discard or sacrifice any cards, you get to steal them and put them into play under your control. She might paint a huge target on her once she’s in play, which makes playing her a🦩ll the more appealing.

6 Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm🐈

Here There Be Dragons

Dragons are a huge creature type in Magic, and one of the more broken commanders for this kindred type is Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm.🎉 This green, blue, and red dragon has an incredibly powerful ability to give you a token copy of any Dragon that enters the battlefield under your control, so long as its not already a token.

The best part of this ability is that if that Dragon is legendary, the token version is nonlegendary. This lets you dou⭕bl🦩e up on abilities that are far too powerful to allow normally and can easily overwhelm the battlefield after casting only a few Dragons.

5 Edgar Markov 🔯

Just One Bite

Vampires have never had a better commander than with Edgar Markov. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:This kindred-based Commander comes with an exceptionally powerful eminence ability, wh🥂ich lets you make a 1/1 Vampire token with lifelink every time you cast another Vampire.

4 🍬 Lathril, Blade Of The Elves 𝓡

An Immortal Threat

One of the most popular commanders in Magic, Lathril, Blade of the Elves does a ton of work all on her own. Anytime she deals combat damage to a player🌞, you make tha♏t many 1/1 Elf Warrior tokens. So if you deal five damage, that's five new Elf Warrior tokens.

Once you reach critical mass of Elves, you can tap Lathril and ten of your other Elves to make each opponent los🐟e ten life and you can ten life. That’s a total of 30 points ♏of damage split evenly across your opponents for very little work.

3 Yuriko, The Tiger's Shadow

Strike From The Shadows

Perhaps the perfect Ninja kindred commander in Magic, Yuriko, the Tiger’s Shadow is everything you could ever want in a commander. She gives your Ninja’s a unique ability to re𒁃veal the top card of your deck when they deal combat damage to a player, forcing your opponents to lose life equal to that card’s mana value and you add that card to your hand.

The fascinating thing with Yuriko is that with commander ninjutsu, you’re never actually casting her from the command zone, so you don’t increase her commander tax. Plus, activating her commander ninjutsu ability will only ever cost one blue and one black mana, as commader tax doesn’t affect ab𒀰ilities.

2 The Ur-Dragon 😼

The First Dragon

Despite costing a staggering nine mana, The Ur-Dragon is 𝔍one of the best and most popular commanders in the format. With its special eminence ability, The Ur-Dragon makes all your Dragon ෴spells cost one generic mana to cast, which might not seem like a lot, but definitely makes an impact.

Then, The Ur-Dragon comes with one of the most powerful abilities to ever be printed on a commander. When one or more of your Dragons attack, you draw cards equal to the number of attacking Dragons, and then you can take a per𝔍manent card and put it directly on the battlefield.

1 Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Phyrexia’s Savior

There are so many ways to play Atraxa, Praetors’ Voice that it can be hard to narrow down exactly what you wan🍸t to focus on. You can play Atraxa as a poison-based deck, or a planeswalker deck, or even with a counter theme.

What lets Atraxa do all this is her proliferation ability, which triggers at the start of your end step. Since she can tick up loyaltyღ counters, poison counters, and everything in between, it gives you all sorts of versatility to build whatever deck you feel.
