Thankfully, your efforts are usually rewarded proportionately, either with unique items or hefty amounts of money and resources. In this update, we're adding three more lengthy quests that, depending on what you choose to go for, might just drive you to madness if you don't take things one step at a time. Gigantic props if you find the will to grind Noita's infamous Sun quest or have the patience to lick 10,000 objects in Goat Simulator.

15 Obဣlivion - Pilgrimage

If you own Ob🌳livion's Knights of The Nine DLC, you'll have the pleasur🍎e of talking to a fanatical, self-proclaimed prophet espousing end-times rhetoric in Anvil. If you believe him and heed his words, however, it doesn't matter if you've closed 80 Oblivion gates in your playthrough; he wants you to prove yourself.

What does that entail, you might ask? Well, to get a bunch of fancy, crusader-style armor aꦬnd weapons and prevent the world from ending, your first task is to run around the entire region of Cyrodil, visiting nine unmarked shrines in total, with your only sense of direction coming from a poorly drawn map.

The wind howls around the generator, the snow drifts onto every home, and the coal will run out. The final "main" quest of the game is weathering a massi𒉰ve storm that ♛tests everything you've done and everything you've built.

While some of your party may moan and groan about being helpful, you can't turn your back on those in ne❀ed. Besides, the goblins have the information you need - so go ahead, infiltrate their ranks, and take out their generals. Or, if you so desire, roll in and start blasting. Just be ready for a long battle.

10 🎶 🌱Fallout 4 - The Silver Shroud

Nostalgia is a funny thing, both a blessing and a curse. This side-quest of Fallout 4 balances the joy and the melancholy of remembering a time long gone. In it, you embody a radio superhero, the titular Silver🌳 Shroud, on behalf of a ghoul named Ke🍃nt Connelly, who wants you to clean up the streets of Goodneighbor.

What follows is a lot of running around, some amusing di🥀alogue, and a climax with surprisingly high stakes. Of course, you can do it in your own time - but if you decide to mainline it, it will likely take around two hours to complete. Kent's pleasant presence makes it all worth it.

9 Dishonored - Lady Boyle's Last Party

It's Dunwall's biggest night, and you can't miss it. While almost every mission in Dishonored is great, none shine as bright as 'Lady Boyle's Last Party. Why anyone would tᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚhrow a masquerade when the most wanted man in Dunwall wears a mask is anyone's guess. At leaඣst it gives Corvo a little bit of downtime.

Most of the mission involves you investigating the titular Lady Boyle while deciphering which Lady Boyle you'rꦡe targeting. There are three, after all. The mansion begs to be explored, so you'll likely spend an hour or more just wandering around, taking in the scenery, and planning your routes. You have all the time in the world.

8 The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Kafei And Anju

Time never passes the right way - it is always too quick or too slow. No game understands that better than The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Of all the quests in the game, none use that sense of urgency quite li♛ke the quest to reunite Kafei and Anju.

In Horizon: Zero Dawn's final mission, Aloy faces the last boss and an end to her journey for the main story. Taking 30 minutes to complete, 'The Face of Extinction' is exactly as it sounds, just Aloy single-🐟handedly facing off against an entir🎶e army of Eclipse Cultists and Deathbringers.

Undoubtedly difficult and challenging, Aloy channels Legolas in this heart-stopping fight to the death, armed with her trusty bow and a handful of other weapons.
