The first chapter of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Like A Dragon: Ishin ended with us leaving Tosa on not-great terms. Thankfully, we now get a fresh start in Fushimi. That means we have new enemies to make! The section of Tosa featured𒊎 in the first chapter was pretty compact. The Fushimi district𒆙 is considerably larger and, more importantly, it is packed with Substories, Bonds, and mini-games.

Udon Chef

Found on the north end of the shopping strip at the Umai Udon establishment. You will need to build your bond with the owner a little before you will be able to play this game. The Udon Chef minigame will test your memory. You will need to memorize the sequence of ramen orders. However, you will also be racing the clock﷽.

You can pause the game and practice the sequence. Hey, it ain't cheating if the game lets you do it, right?

Karaoke

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma Singing Karaoke

The staple returns! It wouldn't be a Yakuza game if we didn't get the chance to belt out a few awkwardly sincere songs, right? The Karaoke bar is located to the west of the gates on the north end of the map. If you haven't played a Yakuza game in the past, it is a pretty simple, yet enjoyable, rhythm game.

Fishing

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma doing a little fishing

If you head to the southmost end of the map, you will be able to go fishing. The mechanics here are pretty simple. Just hammer the action button once your controller rumbles. Easy. However, positioning is extremely important here. Especially if you are looking to catch the rarer fish. The shadows do indicate the fish type, so pay close attention. Bait is definitely worth your while, as many fish will refuse to bite without it. You can buy bait at the Ichikura Pawn Shop, located in the center of the shopping strip.

If a fish refuses to bite, your rod is probably i♓nsufficient. You can upgrade your rod by spending Virtue at the Shinto temple.

Fushimi Bonds

This is not a comprehensive list♎ of all the bonds avai𝔉lable in the Fushimi district. More will become available over time.

The Junk Boy

Like A Dragon Ishin, Good ol' Junk Boy

This Bond will see you befriend a lonely child. Simply give him your junk. Don't get too fancy, just give him your crappiest crap, he appreciates it all the same amount. You can find Junk Boy in the northeast section of the map, just above the Teradaya.

Increasing youꦫr bond with Junk Boy will also complete the Substo💧ry, appropriately named, "The Junk Boy".

Fukufuku Pub Owner

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma chatting with the Fukufuku Pub owner

This is the Southmost restaurant on the shopping strip. The owner is a sake lover who struggles to hold his liquor; as you progress through his bond, you will have to sober him up on occasion. You are better off choosing the gentle dialogue options over the harsher ones. You will be rewarded wit🉐h different sakes as you interact with him, including being given the Nada Refined Sake once you have maxed out your bond.

The Karaoke Bar Owner

Walkthrough - The Man Named Saito Hajime

Like A Dragon Ishin, Chapter 2, Ryoma staring at the screen intimidatingly

The chapter kicks off with a bang, you're going to start off in a dojo battling a whole school of, let's be honest here, mediocre swordsmen. This fight isn't any harder than the typical random battle you encounter while walking the streets. Once you finish them off, you will be able to freely roam.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Chapter 2, Ryoma running to the aid of the Shinto Priest

Head south. At the end of the street, you will see some thugs shaking down a priest. Go crush them, then help the priest back to their temple. This will introduce you to the "Virtue" mechanic. You will also receive the "diligence record". Virtue is a big part of this game, as it will help determine how long you can sprint, and how much you can carry. Like A Dragon Ishin, Chapter 2, A closeup of Komaki

After you help the priest get back to his temple, head south. You will witness a man getting tossed out of a dojo. And who's the sensei? Well, that is this game's Komaki! Go talk to the disgraced student, and you will gain your first special attack. This is a move you can use in the Brawler stance that deals heavy damage at the cost of Heat. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Yo🎐u will have now unlocked the Komaki dojꦑo, where you can learn new Brawler techniques.

Even if you aren't looking to spend a lot of time spinning your wheels doing side content at this point, at least do the first Komaki lesson and get the ability to unlock the Dharma Tumbler. It🃏 gives your Brawler style an ex✅cellent evasive option.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Chapter 2, Ryoma running to a barrel so that he can hide

Once you are ready to progress to the next point in the story, head toward the main gate on the north side of the map. After a brief cutscene, you will encounter some Shinsengumi warriors who will chase after you. Take your first right and then your next left. Run toward the pawn shop and jump into the barrel in front of it.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Chapter 2, Evading the Shinsengumi

Once the coast is clear, head back the way you came, waiting for the Shinsengumi to be facing away from you (think Metal Gear Solid), and go to the target on your map. Congratulations, you will have escaped the Shinsengumi's grasp. You will then run into someone who has some valuable information for you. This is your introduction to Niibori.

The🍨 Shinsengumi troops will show up on your mini-map as red triangles. The point of the 🀅triangle is where they are facing.

Now you are free to explore Fushimi to your heart's content. When you are ready to move on with the story, head back to the Teradaya Inn and rest in your room.

The Bathkeeper of Sai

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma having a bath

After resting in the Teradaya until night, head to the shopping district, The Bathkeeper is to the west, located in (it will be marked on the map for your ♓convenience). After a brief conversation, and a little scuba-dub-dubbing, you will engage in a spirꦿited—if unclothed—fight with Saigo Kichinosuke.

Saigo Boss Battle

Like A Dragon Ishin, Saigo using his big wind up attack

This fight can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be. Saigo heavily telegraphs his attacks. So, parry his wide swings, and then land a combo to his back. Whenever he winds up, get some distance, as he is going to charge at you. These charge attacks are easy to avoid, but if they land, you're totally screwed. Saigo can kill a leveledꦦ-up Ryoma in two sequences.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Saigo about to land his electric fist on Ryoma

That is this whole fight in a nutshell: Saigo is easy to predict and counter, but equally capable of dishing out a frightening amount of damage. This is even more true when he starts to spark with energy. Once again, don't be a hero, just get your distance and dodge out of the way of his charging attacks.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Izo being super shady and creeping up on Ryoma

Once you have finished your little sparring sessions, and have shared a little sake, you can head home. On the way there, a few cutscenes will play out. Once you get back to the Teradaya, talk to the innkeeper, and you will be on yourꦿ way to Mukur𒉰ogai.

Mukurogai is pretty rough, so you are going to run into a few street thugs. However, you won't get too far before you are flagged down. Turns out the shady guy that looked like Izo is none other than—cue the drum roll—Izo. And naturally, because he is a bit of a jerk, he wants to fight.

Okada Izo Boss Fight

Like A Dragon Ishin, Izo preparing to use his big sword attack

From here, you will fight Izo again and this time he is considerably harder. For starters, he has his group with him again. But, what complicates matters is that Izo is considerably more aggressive here. So, if you try to get distance, and take out his minions this time around, you will likely find that he chases you down and attacks your b🐭ack for a ton of damage. We would ourselves switching between the Swordsman and Brawler stance quite a bit in this fight.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma parrying Izo

Izo is an easy parry in the Brawler style. So, that is a viable way of getting some attacks in. On top of that, the barrels in the corner of the arena do massive damage when Ryoma's performs a Heat Action using one. However, with the amount of time being spent surrounded by people with swords, and with how aggressive Izo is in this fight, we spent most of this battle in the Swordsman stance so that we coul♔d take advantage of the guard.

Like A Dragon Ishin, Ryoma using his Big Swing Heat Action to knock down enemy troops

Naturally, you are going to want to work on thinning Izo's men out. The best way to do this is to play cautiously in the Swordsman stance, then, once you have some Heat built, knock an enemy down, quickly switch to your Brawler stance and use the Big Swing Heat Action to hit multiple enemies. Once you have cleared out most of the rubble, switch to your Swordsman stance and carefully whittle Izo dowꦚn. Make him whiff an attack, dash behind him, and land big attacks.

Be careful, he has new moves. He will often follow up his big jump attack with a retreating slash. So, be wary of that attack, as he isn't as vulnerable after using it as he used to be. However, as long as you play patiently, and don't get baited into his retreating slashes, you will prevail. From that point forward, it is just cutscenes and story content until the end of the chapter.
