The sweet spot for Bully is around the taxi spots for both W Central St. and near the Sunrise Bridge. Here, they can spawn in groups of four, and if they don't show up, simply reload a save, as that will shuffle the enemy placements around each time.

Unbelievably Hard To Spot

Another starter Sujimon you can get right away after acquiring the Sujidex is Hammered Man. A rather weak Sujimon, if you miss him during chapter two, you'll be in a world of hurt and need a guide. He appears in a very specific spot north of Yokohama.

On the streets ♉around Kinka Pharmacy, specifically that square ✃block, is where Unboxer can spawn in group fights. It might take a while for him to spawn, but it will happen eventually if you just travel in a circle around that area.

You Ain't Finding This Sujimon On The Streets

Certain Sujimon can't be found in random battles or raids and must be discovered in the dungeons. Crabby Sentinel, the first tier of this enemy type leading up to Captain Cruncher, is one of them.

On the edge of Sakura St., you should find some enemies wearing wetsuits, and these guys are the ones you're looking for, as they'll spawn as Spearheaders or Poacher Eggheads. The latter is far less likely to spawn but will show up eventually.

Another Sujimon that only appears in dungeons, at least in Premium Adventure, is Street Scrapper. The first tier of the Street Fighter archetype, you just won't find him out in the open like the higher two tiers.

To fight him, you must go to floor 9 of the Hawaiian Haunt, and he should be in𓂃 one of the enemy groups around. He has a distinct look, wearing a hoodie, so you should spot him before you even initiate the f൲ight.
