It only makes sense for to have pop culture references sprinkled throughout the adventure. It takes place in the real world, after all. To its credit, though, the game does not lean on them, and when they do show up, they often aren't rubbed in your face.

The story is divided into 14 chapters. Some of the chapter names might call attention to th꧋emselves because they are named after world-famous Elvis Presley songs. Suspicious Minds, In The Ghetto, and If I Can Dream are all classics. However, real fans of the singer will recognize every chapter title as either coming from an Elvis song or an Elvis movie.

The singer has a connection to Hawaii and performed one of hi𝔍s most famous concerts there: The Aloha From Hawaii concert, which was broadcast live to many countries via satellite.

While many of these songs are identified as Elvis Presley songs, he didn't write his songs and many others had hits with the same songs, including the original writer.

Sujimon is a minigame based around collecting the titular Sujimon and battling them against other trainers. The Sujimon Sensei, for example, refers to Hawaii as the land of the Sun and Moon.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Action Star job puts the character into a yellow jumpsuit, which is a clear homage to Bruce Lee's iconic outfit from Game of Death. The references don't stop there, though. Many of the moves are inspired by Bruce Lee, including the trademark yells he would unleash during moves.

The skill Essence of Improvisation, on the other hand, is much more in line with something Jackie Chan would do since it sees him the character comedically using furniture to damage opponents. The other ultimate skill, Essence of Endless Kung Fu, returns to the more direct👍 Bruce ꦕLee nod.

Kunoichi is a job reserved for the female characters in Infinite Wealth. One skill is called Essence of Sexy Jutsu, w🎃here the party member appears to disrobe in front of an enemy. When the enemy approaches and embraces her, it turns out to be a log and the real party member drops in for the attack.

This is similar to the Sexy Jutsu from the Naruto series, which attempts the same form of deception. In Naruto, the titular character transforms into a woman to try to distract his opponent. Sometimes it doesn't work as intended, though.

Similar to the Like a Dragon series, Dragoꦕn Quest had a different name in the West — Dragon Warrior — for a long time before returning to a more a🎀ccurate translation of the Japanese title.

kasuga with a bird on his head talking to poachers

This is probably one of the least involved pop culture references in the game. Close Encounters of a Bird Kind is a simple substory about Kasuga waking with a bird in his hair. He eventually finds out that poachers are after the bird's mother and he stops them. The name of the quest is a play on the famous Steven Spielberg movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

It's all in the name though and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the actual substory doesn't have anything to do with the movie — unless you count communicating with birds through sounds and gestures similar to communicating with aliens.

1 🦩 Segwaves Radio Is ⛦Crammed With Sega References

In addition ꦚto some of the conversations bringing up the Sega Genesis and even acknowledging the name difference based on territories, th꧙ere is a radio show full of references to older Sega games. Segwave is a radio show you can listen to in Hawaii and the end of each episode has the two hosts talking about their lives.

Their stories always see them interacting with sega video games and characters like Ryo Hazuki from Shenmue and zombies from The House of the Dead. It's not realistic in the slightest but it's hilarious to hear the hosts talk as if these games and events are real.
