Anaconda Escape Location

Unsurprisingly, this substory is located in the Anaconda Shopping Center. You will find it on the second f🐽loor of the mall. It isn't hard to see where you need to go, there will be a massive crowd of people gathering around a TV crew, including a group of gladiators (they're hard to miss).

The Basics

The first thing you need to be aware of are the time penalties. If you engage in a fight, you will be penalized 20 seconds; if you lose the fight, the penalty is 40 seconds. Additionally, there is a hefty 60-second penalty for failing a quiz. On the plus side, t🉐he clock will stop while the quiz is active, which will give you time to consult this guide.

Another thing to note is that interacting with an object will instantly disperse any aggro and reset enemies. So, as long as you are able to get to a laptop or a chest, you will be safe.

Finally, we want to touch on enemy patterns. Wrestlers don't move and will face a single direction. Runners, on the other hand, follow set paths. So, you can observe them, learn their patterns, and avoid them. You have plenty of time, so don't worry if you bump into a few runne🔯r😼s along the way.

Anaconda Escape Walkthrough

In the first area, you will see a laptop to your right. This is your first quiz. Wait for the r🐠unner to pass by, then head straight for the lap𓆏top.

It doesn't matter if the runner sees youꦰ, the second you interac🅠t with the laptop they will forget they saw you.

Quiz 1 - 1 Point

The trivia question here is... "True or false? Treasure Select Pawn is located 🎃on the 2nd floor of the Anaconda Shopping Center." The answer is "True."

Now, head down the hallway, run behind the runner on the left, then, once the runner on the right passes you, cross over to the right side of the path and head for the giant open room. Once you enter the next clearing, the second quiz will be to your left, and there will be a red container to your right. Head to the quiz first.

The game will not let you enter the password into the Red Container until you have obtained the password from the second quiz. There i🐠s no getting around it.

The best path to the quiz is through the center. Just wait for the runner to pass by before you make a dash for it. There will be another runner patrollin♏g in front of the laptop. Your best bet for avoiding him is to slip around him on the left as he is running to the right.

Quiz 2 - Get The Password (8931)

The trivia question will be... "What kind of establishment is Thorstone?" The answer is "A hat shop."

Once you have completed the quiz, head back to that red container on the other side of the room. Once again, head down the center path after the runner on patrol runs past you, and you should be able to get past all the guards.

Red Chest - 3 points

You simply need to enter the password you obtained from the second quiz (8931). You'll get Divine Water and three points.

Now, head to the next narrow section. There will be runners circling the benches. Partway through, there will be a blue key located in front of a bench (it is indicated a🐼s a blue dot on your mini-map). Grab it, weave around the runners, and head into the final clearing. The only thing in this room you need to be ♏concerned with is the blue chest to your right.

Getting to the chest is pretty tricky. However, if you hug the right-most wall, you can thread the needle and get to the chest.

Blue Chest - 2 Points

Open the chest with the key you found near the benches, and get the Ahi Poke Bowl as well as two more points.

Now head to the escalator near the center, and you will complete the escape challenge. There is a web of runners and wrestlers. Try to stick to the wall on your right (after skirting around a wrestler), and dodge multiple runners. You should have a ton of time banked, so, if you end up gett💦ing into a fight, you should be able to take the penalty comfortably.

Final Rewards!

There are three tiers of rewards you can receiv𓃲e for this substory...

• If you run out of time, you will receive a Silver Plate.
• If you obtain 0-5 points and complete the course, you will be given a Silver Plate and a Smoke Bomb.
• Finally, if you get all 6 points, you will be rewarded with two Silver Plates and a Safe Key.
