The biggest problem you'll face immediately is that you probably have no idea what a Fukupi-chan even is. Which is fair, as the game doesn't really go out of its way to tell you. But worry not, we'll walk you through everything you need to know!
Beginning The "Please Photograph Fukupi-chan" Request
To begin this quest, you will need to speak to the "Man Admiring The Underground World" (yes, we know that's a long name, that's what the game calls him). You'll find him on the corner of S Shofukucho. He'll tell you that he wants a picture of the elusive mascot of the underground named "Fukupi-chan". Unfortunately, that's all the information he gives you to work with.
Where To Find Fukupi-chan
If you are wondering who the hell Fukupi-chan is, it is the weird clown-doll-thing you can see around the Castle. So, head straight to the Castle, and walk straight down the center of Castle Central Sheet.
Before you hit the stairs to the Coliseum, there will be a massive statue of a clown-thing on your left—it is on the path that leads directly to the Castle Casino. That monstrosity is Fukupi-Chan. Take the frightening statue's photo with your camera, and then head to S Shofukucho.
Make sure 🍰that you are given the "take photos" prompt when aiming your camera at the statue. If you are too far away, it will not register.
Once you give the picture to the "Man Admiring The Underground World", you will be rewarded with 500 Akame Points and 20,000 yen.
