Following the relief of escaping the Venigni Works in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Lies of P, your journey now takes you on a path to the root of Krat's downfall and the Puppet Frenzy. Your enemies have mostly been limited to puppets until now. How will you handle the scores of undead and the screeches of agonized infected?
From beneath Venigni Works to the chapel doors of St. Frangelico Cathedral, we'll guide you through every nook, cranny, and bog. No secrets shall be left uncovered except those you wish to withhold yourself. After all, "Lie or Die," or so it goes. We hope your wagging tongue is ready - one way or another.
How To Reach Moonlight Town
Your journey begins from the Center of Venigni Works after you defeat Fuoco, the King's Flame.
We recommend that befo📖re you carry on to Moonlig𒉰ht Town that you:
- Interact with Pulcinella, the butler, beside the exit door.
- Return to Venigni by the Venigni Works Control Room Stargazer.
- Return to Hotel Krat and speak with Venigni.
- Craft the Flamberge Legion Arm and equip it.
We also recommend upgrading the Flamberge for increase💮d effectiveness. This arm will be a huge boon for the upcoming trials.
From the Center of Venigni Works Stargazer, go through the exit door to a ladder that takes you down a mining shaft. In the tunnel below, venture toward the red pipe and grab the Fire Canister from the puppet sitting on the ground.
On the other side of the red pipe, you'll find a small, marshy area. There are a few new enemies here. Namely: miner puppets.
These puppets are hardly different from t𓂃heir ♓normal counterparts, so dispatch them as normal.
Head toward the mine shaft, but turn around just as you pass the mining cart at the entrance. A miner puppet is sitting on the ground to ambush you from behind.
Once that puppet is defeated, tread carefully. You'll want to roll through the standard boxes here and not the barrels with the red-orange light ꦦon them; these barrels explode.
When you see the second barrel ahead, slow down and approach cautiously. A pitchfork puppet will charge on the right side and cause it to explode.
Once the fire has abated enough, defeat both it and the miner puppet hiding behind it in the alcove to the right.
Grab the Gemini's Iron Protection from the mine cart as you continue down the mine shaft.
In the next, large area, go right and past the ladder to find a miner puppet hiding around the corner on the left. Defeat it, and🎀 move forward to prompt the Thermite-throwing puppet ahead to throwꦫ its item.
Once thrown, dash across the wooden bridge to fight this puppet.
Beware of a second Thermite-throwing puppet above you at the top of the ꧟ladde🅘r.
Climb the ladder and defeat all three enemiﷺes in this area (a miner, a piඣtchfork puppet, and the Thermite-thrower).
Open the chest for a Big Pipe Wrench weapon, a Motivity-based weapon (B).
Go down the ladder and to the middle of the bridge you dashed across earlier. Wait until a puppet below walks within range and drop-attack it.
Face the entrance to this area (ignore the wooden board tunnel for now) and notice a group of barrels beside a light on the right.
There is one miner sitting on the ground beside the barrels and another patrolling nearby. Defeat them both and take the Hidden Moonstone sitting behind the barrels.
Now, cautiously proceed to the boarded-up tunnel on the opposite side of the room. As you near, a pitchfork puppet will charge through, so stand to the side.
After defeating the puppet, pick up the Vivid Ergo Fragment on the ground in front of the tunnel and the Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant at the end of the tunnel.
The Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant is a special upgrade material for boss-weapons. You do not yet have access to those weapons, so you'll need to wait to use this item.
As you leave the tunnel, turn left and begin to climb the path up the mineshaft. However, you'll encounter a fire miniboss patrolling this path.
Bait the miniboss down into the larger area to defeat it and take the Carrier's Amulet (which increases your maximum equip load).
Now with the mineshaft safe and secure, run to the very top where you'll see a Stargazer for Moonlight Town.
Return🌜 to♊ Hotel Krat at this time, if needed, for upgrades.
We recommend that, if you have not already, that you return to Venigni Works and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:defeat the boss, Survivor. His gesture is needed fo🦂🌠r the end of this area if you intend to Lie or avoid a boss fight.
Moonlight Town: How To Take The Lift And Reach The Path Of Misery
In Moonlight Town's first area, there are a number of puppets guarding the well in the center of town. Two of them are pitchfork puppets hiding behind wooden walls in the furthest north and east ൲buildings.
One Thermite-wielding puppet with a throwing arm any baseball recruiter would die for is standing on the furthest north building. We recommend dashing across this well area and climbing the stairs on the right of the building to reach and defeat this puppet first.
After the area is cleared, you can grab:
- A Thermite in the right building
- A Sawblade from the well
You should notice a wooden bridge leading away from this area, but do not cross it. It is a fall trap.
Instead, go into the home on the west side of the area (left building when looking into town from the Stargazer entrance) with a pitchfork puppet patrolling inside. After defeating it, take the back door to a narrow ledge.
Go left to t🐽he edge where an Attribute Resistance Ampoule is waiting.
Look out for t🐎he pitchfork puppet that is hanging on the ledge off to the right waiting to backstab you.
Jump down to the🌳 lit barrel below and then again into the swampy area.
There are no enemies in this area, so you'll be able to gather:
- Resplendent Ergo Fragment - In a dead end to the right near the rockface wall.
- Two Dimensional Butterflies - To the left amidst some explosive barrels. Both give a Crescent Moonstone. Beware the exploding barrels.
- Moonlight Town Guide - At the dead end to the left inside a crypt and atop a grave,
Crescent Moonstones are an upgraded version of the Hidden Moonstone. They wil𝔍l increase a weapon from +3 to +6.
From the swampy area, take the ladder up into a new part of town. You should see a puppet beside a buildin✃g to your left.
Another pitchfork puppet is hiding in the corner of the building to your left. Take out both puppets here and then the puppet guarding the bridge acroಌ⛄ss the street.
Go up the stairs and further into town. The building on the left side of town is a trapped location with valuable goods.
As you near it, make sure you have equipped Sawtoothed Blades. Fire them ꧑at the puppet in the middle of the central room without entering the building.
Bait any puppets you can outside the building and defeat them. Tw🤪o of🌌 them will throw Thermite, so tread with caution.
As you enter the building, a gate will rise behind you and trap you in.
A breakable wooden wall off to the right hides two puppets (one pitchfork) behind it. They will not charge through, however, until you approach the wall and the Star Fragment in front of it. Therefore, we only recommend approaching them when you're prepared.
On the left side of the building, a chest containing a Workshop Union Standard Corrosion Resistance Converter can be found.
The lever to open the way out of this building is through the wall where the pitchfork puppets charge through. Go through and ♒turn right to see a Sawblade sitting beside the lev🉐er.
Outside, go back to the main path and up the set of stairs to the left. In the graveyard left of the path (and slightly behind you) and at the top of these steps is a Dim Ergo Fragment.
With this item taken, there is only one more obstacle: The Atoned.
At the cable cart at the dead end of the path is a woman known as the Atoned. Speak with her, and you will have two choices:
- "I am a Stalker." (Lie)
- Do nothing. (Truth)
The first option is only available and believable if you have the Stalker's Promise gesture from the Survivor at Venigni Works. You can alternatively use this gesture in front of the Atoned without speaking with her to pass safely.
If you Lie to her, she'll let you pass without issue and give you the Cable Railway Key.
If you do nothing or try to pass without having defeated Survivor, you will have to fight and kill The Atoned.
Killing the Atoned is the only way to get her mask; although, th💖is is the only added benefit of killing her and is entirely aesthetic.
How To Defeat The Atoned (Optional)
The Atoned, like all other human enemies up to this point, is highly aggressive and does not quite suffer the same drawbacks of electricity that puppets do. Like Survivor and Mad Donkey, Atoned leaves herself open to backstabs freely.
Where Atoned deviates is in her ability to lay status effects on you. For every powerful strike she makes, she will significantly raise your Decay levels.
Decay is a status effect that w♊ears down the durability of your equipped weapon. It is relieved with Attribute Resistance Ampoules.
To get the best of Atoned, there are two moves to look out for:
- Her lunge attack
- Her walking stride
When you're a distance away from Atoned, she walks slowly toward you. This gives you an opportunity to throw items like Sawblades (we recommend saving your Thermite for St. Frangelico's). But don't backpedal. When you back up, Atoned is known ♏to lunge forwar💟d.
It is this lunge that leaves an opening for you to dodge roll toward her. Dodging forward, you'll be in a position to backstab her.
Similarly, when Atoned makes a Fury Attack, she will take a few moments after to catch her breath. Keep your distance while she Fury Attacks and then punish her recharging.
As long as you keep on the aggressive and don't let her health regenerate, you should manage her within a few tries.
The Path Of Misery: How To Reach St. Frangelico's Cathedral
After a lengthy cutscene in the cable car, you'll reach the Path of Misery. The Stargazer is along the path ahead and to the right.
Shortly after passing the Stargazer, you'll find your first plagued enemy: a carcass.
These enemies are swift and loud, but don't let them get under your skin. They're easily staggerable, weak, and vulnerable to Fire damage.
As you enter the town ahead, grab the Hidden Moonstone in the house to the right. Then, go around the home, staying to the right of the path🌼 to find anot꧋her carcass.
Behind this carcass, notice a wall of crates and barrels. Roll through them to reveal a hidden path.
Following the hidden path, there are several carcasses near and around the bridge. This includes one behind crates to the left and one hanging on the other side of the bridge upon the railing to your left.
After all are defeated, go to the nearby shore and climb the small hill up toward the small bri𒀰dg🌃e to kill one more carcass.
At this point, you can return to the other side of town to take out the remaining two carcasses and retrieve the Venigni's Urgent Repair Tool (in the nearby house) and Radiant Ergo Fragment (on the bridge).
On the far side of the bridge you haven't yet explored and through a large wooden door, Gemini will begin talking about the carcasses.
These carcasses can be found ahead hiding behind a stack of crates near a lit barrel while a second patrols the area and a third hides behind the cart.
A Sawtoothed Wheel is sitting behind the crates with ꦐone of the c꧃arcasses.
Through the door into a mausoleum, you'll reach a safe area to rest ܫand manage your equipment before making the final trek to the chapel.
A Woman's Prayer and a Fire Abrasive can be found in this first room.
Where To Find Giangio: Mausoleum Detour
From the mausoleum safe room, face the angel statue and take the door to your left.
There are no enemies on this path, so follow it all the way down to find Giangio standing at the a꧂ngel sta🔯tue altar.
You can choose to accept or deny his quest to find a cure for his affliction. Accepting will reward you "Guillaume's Ballad." His quest is a long one and innately tied to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:quest to cure Antonia in Hotel Krat.
Behind the angel statue, you can find a chest with the Belford Break Cartridge.
How To Enter St. Frangelico Cathedral's Chapel - Continued
From the mausoleum saferoom, take the room directly across from the angel statue (where you found the Woman's Prayer).
This path will lead you to a pair of grand doors. Open them to reveal the bridge to St. Frangelico Cathedral's central chapel.
The bridge is 𒊎currently under assault from carcasses.
It's best to let them continue attacking each other from a distance until only one remains. This will most likely be a strong carcass.
He's hardly a miniboss, but he is more powerful than your standard enemy and can deal significant damage if hit. Tread with caution.
This is a good t♚im𓄧e to use your Flamberge and Flame Grindstone. This enemy is very weak to Fire damage.
After defeating him, proceed into the chapel, grabbing the Attribute Purification Ampoule on the way, where you'll be able to claim the Chapel Stargazer and face the Cathedral dungeon.
Your adventure into th🌟e hells of Krat has only 🔴just begun.
