In Lego Jurassic World, Muldoon is attacked, but you never see him get eaten. Instead, it cuts away to a velociraptor eating a hot dog.

So, how did Lego censor the death? Besides cutting away at the last possible moment, characters that 'died' in Jurassic Park make a surprise cameo in one of the Jurassic World levels. They simply spent all those years between movies hiding on the island.
