To create items such as Dynamic Foundations and Wheels, you must collect a large amount of Flexwood from the Dry Valley biome. Any cacti in the Dry Valley𓃲 can be cut down for Flexwood, which can then be turned into the items that form a Monorail.

Luckily, although the Monorail contains many moving parts, it is relatively easy to create once you have all the materials. First, place the Dynamic Foundation onto the Monorail Track and ensure that the foundation is even on both sides. Then, place six Small Wheels on the underbelly of the foundation, with the wheels as close as poss🐬ible to the♑ Monorail Track.
