Even if you're getting 20 to 30 stability instead of 70 to 80 per run, if you're focusing on doing the objectives and getting out immediately, you'll get to the boss almost as quickly, with a lot more echo rewards to boot.

Whether you are following a guide or not, you'll likely play two different builds per character: one for leveling, and one for the endgame. You might be tempted to make the change as soon as you reach level 70 or so, but do not do this on a whim. Changing builds is one of the most frustrating experiences you'll have in Last Epoch if you do it poorly, especially if you want to progress into empowered monoliths.

Change your loot filter in advance, stack up on your needed affixes and get as many decent item bases as you can before jumping onto your build.
