After unlocking the door in the second area of this stage, you'll find the Energy Sphere straight ahead.

After defeating the Sphere Doomer at the end of this stage, you're rewarded with two Energy Spheres.

Stage Two

After receiving the cannon and aiming at a star to make the path appear, look up above Kirby. There are three breakable blocks below the Energy Sphere. Destroy the ☂blocks using the cannonballs and jump up to collect the item.

At the end of the section where you receive the Needle Copy Ability, continue right before heading out the star door. The Energy Sphere is up high to the right.

After defeating the Gigant Edge, you'll head right. Soon, you'll see the Energy Sphere above you. There's a metal-looking block stopping you from reaching the Energy Sphere. Jump onto the ledge to the left, and perform a spin attack to cut the rope. You'll now be able to enter and receive it.

Stage Three

At the end of the cave section with the cannons, head down before you go through the star door. The Energy Sphere is at the bottom.

Just after you grab the Beam Copy Ability, you'll see the Energy Sphere below you as you pass, behind a locked door. The key is just at the end of this small section. Grab it and bring it back to receive the colle෴ctible.

In the final area of Stage Three, you'll spot an enemy running with a key on the level below you. Run to catch up with it, and your paths will converge, allowing you to kill the enemy and grab the key. The locked door containing the Energy Sphere is just before the�💦� star door.

Stage Four

You'll see the Energy Sphere below you as you go through this section. Turn back and go down the ladder again. The wall has a secret passage that you can walk through to claim the item.

Just before you go up the land to exit the section, interact with the star and the blocks will disappear, allowing you to reach the Energy Sphere.

Soon after receiving the Monster Flame Super Copy Ability, you'll come across a huge tree trunk. Use the Super Copy Ability to destroy it, and a star portal will appear. Go through to reach the Sphere Doomer and defeat it again. You'll receive two Energy Spheres as a reward.

In the second section of this stage, you'll see a rope attached to a cannon. Grab the Fire Copy Ability by swallowing an enemy nearby, set the rope on fire and jump in the cannon. You'll be sent into a room with the Energy Sphere.

Just before you head into the third star door, the Energy Sphere is below on the right.

After you defeat Bonkers and gain the Hammer Copy Ability, the Energy Sphere is♒ available within blocks that you can destroꦛy.

Stage Two

When sliding down the slopes, stop after the second slope and go to the right. Use the Stone Copy Ability to slam Kirby onto the stump. The blocks will break to reveal a st🦩ar door. Enter it.

Slam on the stump here, and head to the Energy Sphere immediately. Another set of blocks will start to appear and block you off if you're too slow.

You can exit the room and re♚-enter if you miss it🐽 the first time.

When you reach the large pool of water, explore the bottom to find a star door. Enter it, and you'll find yourself in a room with enemies on one side, and the Energy Sphere on the other.

Destroy the highest bomb block to gain access to the Energy Sphere.

Just below the final star door, enter the star portal that opens. You'll have to beat the Sphere Doomer to access these two Energy Spheres.

Stage Three

When you approach a cannon with a large block below it, swallow the block and head in the pathway you've opened. Grab the Tornado Copy Ability to destroy the blocks ꦅahead and above. The Energy Sphere is at the end of the passageway, at the top.

After you obtain the Hi-Jump Copy Ability, keep to the center when you jump. You'll reach the Energy Sphere.

When you come to the section where you need to jump into cannons and select your direction, follow the direction of the red stars. You'll reach an alcove containing the Energy Sphere.

Stage Four

Just after the second sand conveyor belt, you'll see a star door underneath breakable blocks. Destroy these and head inside.

In this room, you need to interact with the star and grab the Energy Sphere before the blocks reappear.

Kill the enemy below first, then use a Copy Ability to hit the star from a distance, giving you enough time to pick up the item.

After passing the spiked enemies that float up and down, you'll see a burger on the left. Remove the blocks above you her𒐪e and continue going left to 🦹reach the Energy Sphere below.

When you get the clear rupee, you'll see a star door blocked by a wall made of the same material just up ahead. Use the rupee to pass through the wall and enter the door.

Pass through the wall below to grab the Energy Sphere. You'll have to be quick, as the rupee can di🐠sappear if you take too long.

When you gain the Ultra Sword Super Ability, destroy all the big ropes you see. You'll open up a star portal just before the final star door. Defeat the Sphe🦹re Doomer to claim the two Energy Spheres.

In the fourth area of this stage, stop about when you're about halfway on the third moving platform. There's a bomb block above you. Attack this, and a star door will be revealed ahead. Go in.

There are two stars to interact with, corresponding with two platforms on the right. Pick up the key, run across the stars, and jump on the platforms. Unlock the door to reach the Energy Sphere.

In the sixth section, you'll see an extra large sandcastle. Destroy this completely. Enter the star portal that appears.

Complete the chase section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to obtain the Energy Spheres.

Stage Two

After defeating the Kibble Blade miniboss, take the Cutter Copy Ability to cut the rope just ahead. The platformꦦ will fall into the water. Swim to the left to grab the Energy Sphere behind some blocks.

In the third section, about halfway, you'll see a star you can hit underwater, but you can't reach it. Above, you'll see a pair of bee enemies surrounding a ledge with food above the water.

You'll need to inhale one of the bees to get a Copy Ability. Use the spear to hit the star and the rocks will lift, reveali🔜ng a star door. Go in, destroy the bomb blocks and enemies, then grab the Energy Sphere in the middle.

Using the boot in the fourth area of this stage, you'll see a big golden block to the left of the star door at the end. Smash this block to reveal a♛ secr🥂et star door. The Energy Sphere is just inside here.

Swimming through the last section of the stage, one of the fish will pop out from the ground below you. Above it, there are blocks to smash. Destroy these to get the Energy Sphere.

Stage Three

After defeating the Moundo and receiving the Stone Copy Ability, sink to the bottom of the next pool. The Energy Sphere is at the bottom.

When you enter the room with the star door directly on the right and three paths to choose from at the top, take the far right. You'll get access to the Energy Sphere on the way down.

After receiving the Monster Flame Super Ability, attack the octopus with a shipwreck on its back. Enter the star portal that appears to complete the secꦏtion, defeat the Sphere Doomer, and obtain the two Energy Spheres.

Stage Four

In the second section, when you're swimming left through the spiked poles, look up. There's a star door behind a bomb block. Go in here.

Inside, there's a pink star button and a blue star lever. Hit the pink star button to send the Waddle Dees into the water. Grab the lever to get the key, then take it to the locked door on the left, making sure to jump over the pink star button. The Energy Sphere is behind the locked door.

In the third section, you'll see a star door, but when you go inside, the Energy Sphere is blocked off to the right, with another star door below it. Exit the room, then swim up and right.

Below here, there's a ledge on the left. You can enter the room through here to ꦆenter the side witꦑh the Energy Sphere.

In the area where you can pick up bombs, take the second bomb all the way to the end on the left, past the ladder. Make sure to blast through the two layers of golden blocks to access the Energy Sphere. To do th✅is, you might need to take two trips.

The final ammonite fossil will smash a group of blocks, revealing the Energy Sphere.

In the room filled with fish and food items, swim all the way to the ceiling. The Energy Sphere is behind a row𓃲𝄹 of blocks you can destroy.

In the first room with ice blocks on either side, blast through the ice blocks in the center of the room. The Energy Sphere is at the bottom of this gap.

When you're going through the cannon area, stop when you reach three spiked vines ahead of you. Look up — there's an opening to go through. Go up here for the Energy Sphere.

This Energy Sphere is easily missable. When you're going through the cannons and see the option to go up to the right and through a row of blocks, look down instead.

A cannon is below on the left, with just the top of it visible. Go through here. Follow the path, and you'll eventually see an Energy Sphere above you, with spikes on the floor below it.

Stage Two

In the second section of this stage, you'll come across a rope surrounded by ice blocks. Grab 🐬the Fire Copy Ability from an enemy just before here, and melt the blocks, then set the rope on fire. Run t꧒o the right and jump in the cannon.

In this new room, hit the star button in front of you to remove the wall of blocks ahead. Be quick, as they'll reappear. The Energy Sphere is just above here.

After you grab the second boot, smash the golden blocks just to the right. You'll reveal a star door, so go in here.

Use the boot to bounce up on each of the snowballs that pops out of the ground. You'll gradually get higher until you get jump onto a ledge on the right.

Slam your boot down here to get the the Energy Sphere.

When you come to the last set of owl statues (they're bigger than the previous ones), slam down three times on one of them to destroy them all. A star portal you can enter will appear.

Complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer once again to obtain the two Energy Spheres.

Stage Three

In the section with the ammonite fossils, make sure you grab the Spear Copy Ability from an enemy. Just before the star door, you'll see a star button within the ground. You need to use the spear to pierce it.

When you do, the platform on the right will lower, revealing the Energy Sphere.

During the section with the giant ice balls that roll down, look out for a clear rupee below. It's surrounded by blocks. Take this with you to the end of the section.

There is a wall near the star door that you need the rupee to be able to pass through. The Energy Sphere is just inside it.

In the fourth section, you'll come across a star door that you can't reach because of a strong current. Grab the Cutter Copy Ability from the enemy just nearby, and use this to cut the rope on the platform below the door. Jump to the left just as it cuts so Kirby isn't squashed by the platform.

In the room, the Energy Sphere is above a big block of ice. Go down the ladder and hit the star button from a distance, then jump back to the left to avoid the ice ball. Grab the Energy Sphere above.

The Energy Sphere is beneath the final star door, but it's behind a locked door. Just after defeating Water Galboros, defeat the Waddle Dee and grab the key. Jump over the star button (so you don't activate it) and drop the key near the wall.

Use a long-ranged attack to hit the star button, making sure you're still on the platform. At the top, take the key right to the first locked door you see. The door will open. Destroy the bomb block and access the Energy 🐈Sphere.

Stage Four

When you're going down the slope in the second section, look for a cannon above you. Go in here to🎐 be blasted up to the Energy Spher꧅e.

If you pass it, you'll need to restart the level, as the wind is too strong to backtrack. Rather than sliding all the way down, have Kirby float to slow the momentum.

Entering the fourth section of this stage, you'll see an enemy on the right holding a key.

Quickly pass through the section to meet the enemy later on. Grab the key from it and use it on the lower door to reach the Energy Sphere.

When you get the Snow Bowl Super Ability, look for the bottom half of a big snowman. It has stars on its body. Use the Snow Bowl Super Ability and get Kirby to sit on top of this to complete the snowman. A sta🐽r portal will appear.

Go through this. Complete the section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to receive the two Energy Spheres.

Stage Five

In between the last two moving platforms in the third section, there's a hidden star door on the floor. Head in here with the cannon.

Go up and left with your cannon, blasting through the blocks. Grab the Life-Up then blast the blocks below on the left. The Energy Sphere is down here.

Before entering the fourth section, grab the Fire Copy Ability from an enemy on the last platform. Use these to melt the blocks in the sec💞tion dܫirectly after, and a star door will be revealed.

Alight the bomb block in this room and the blocks will disappear, but more blocks will appear too. You need to race to the end of the section to reach the Energy Sphere before the blocks trap you.

In the dark section where you carry a candle, look to the left when you find the second candle. There are a bunc🙈h of blocks to destroy, which will reveal a star 🍬door. Go inside.

The Energy Sphere is trapped behind some blocks. Hit the star button at the end of the spiked path on the right to access it.

In the seventh and final section, you'll grab a key. Before going to the locked door in front of the star door, look behind you to see another locked door. The Energy Sphere is here.

As you're making your way upwards in the second section, you'll see a group of star blocks in a square shape. Destroy them to reveal a star door.

Run across the blocks and attack the spiders as the fall to reach the other side. There's an Energy Sphere there.

In the third section, look for areas in the ceiling where the clouds part. The section instance of this takes you to a level above, with a star door on the end to the right. Cut the vine to lower the platform and access the door. The Energy Sphere is immediately on your left.

In the fourth section (it begins with a flower enemy popping out at you), look out for gaps in the clouds. In the area where there are lots of snowballs flying at you, look🐻 for a gap on the left. Follow it up to reach the Energy ✨Sphere.

In the final area of this stage, you have to avoid spiked balls. When you release the spiked ball after avoiding the two that roll towards you, get ahead of the ball and run to the end of the section. You'll find the Energy Sphere just before the star door.

If you go behind the ball, it will set off bomb blocks that make blocks appear and hinder you from reaching the Energy Sphere. You need to get there before the ball to access the collectible.

Stage Two

In the second section, take the bomb to the golden block covered in Waddle Dees. When it explodes and removes the block, a stജar door will appear. Go insidꦉe.

Grab the Bomb Copy Ability, then stand on the star button. Wait for the spiked enemy to leave a gap, then aim a bomb down to the right where a bomb block is. The blocks will exp🥂lore, allowing you to drop down to the Energy Sphere.

After grabbing the Stone Copy Ability from Moundo, you'll come across three wooden stumps you can slam into the ground. Only slam the first two, then go to the end and backtrack beneath the first level to reach the Energy 🦩Sphere.

When you're using the Flare Beam Super Ability to light up stars and clear the path to go ahead, look out for a ladder that goes down one level. (If you reach a cannon, you've gone too far.) Go down the ladder, then light up the stars in the area it leads you too. It will open a star portal. Go in.

Complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to receive two Energy Spheres.

Stage Three

When you first enter the third section, you'll see an enemy on the right holding a key. You need to catch it at the bottom before it falls. Grab the key from it to unlock the door on the right and grab the Energy Sphere.

In the fourth section, where you're climbing up ladders in a row, grab the Beam Copy Ability from one of the enemies. Look to the left as you go up. You'll see a bomb block on the right, which leads to stars. The next bomb block reveals a path to a star door.

Inside, follow the path round to pull the star lever and remove the blocks, allowing you to access the Energy Sphere.

In the fifth section, make sure you grab the Hi-Jump Copy Ability from an enemy. You'll see the Energy Sphere toward the end of this section, but it's behind blocks.

Use the Hi-Jump Copy Ability on the star button on the left to reach the star lever. Drop down and immediately use the Copy Ability to get through to the Energy Sphere before the blocks reappear.

In the very final area just before the last star door, look up to the left to find the Energy Sphere hidden behind clouds.

Stage Four

After you grab the second boot, use it slam the golden block. Go൲ along the spiked enemies to grab the Energy Sphere at the enℱd.

In the section where you're climbing across ropes, look below you where two cannons face each other. There's an Energy Sphere in the center of them. Wait for a safe moment to grab it.

After receiving the Grand Hammer Super Ability, keep using it on the statues and wooden stumps you come across. Eventually, you'll see a huge coiled spring.

Jump on it and use the Super Ability, but make sure to rapidly move your control stick. This makes the hammer grow 📖bigger, and will slam Kirby upwards to a star portal.

Complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to receive the two Energy Spheres.

Stage Five

After defeating Gigant Edge, pick up the Sword Copy Ability. Use this to cut the rope in the next room and access the Energy Sphere below the platform.

Grab the Stone Copy Ability after defeating Moundo. Use this on the top of the blocks in the next room to access the Energy Sphere.

Take the Water Copy Ability from the Water Galboros. Use this in the next room to put out the fires on the blocks, then destroy the blocks🌞 to access the Energy Sphere.

Grab the Spark Copy Ability once you've beaten Dubior. In the next room, stand on top of the blocks and align yourself with the bomb block directly below you.

Use the Copy Ability to shoot electricity downwards. You'll hit the bomb block and destroy the rest, allowing you to access the Energy Sphere.

While blasting through the cannons in the third section, keep an eye out below you to spot a star door. When you see it, aim for Kirby to eject from the cannon when the blocks join together ahead, closing the gap. Kirby will hit them and drop below, allowing you to enter the ๊star door.

Inside, drop down into the cannon on the left. Aim to have Kirby hit the moving block on the other side of the room when you eject him from the cannon. He'll hit it and fall into the room. You can then jump up to grab the Energy Sphere.

In the room with the stage's final star door, use Monster Flame Super Ability on the huge enemy here. This will reveal a star portal you can enter. Complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to obtain the remaining two Energy Spheres.

Stage Two

When you're walking under moving platforms to avoid drills falling from above, look out for the snowman enemy. Grab the Ice Copy Ability from it. In the next area, there are fire blocks you'll need it for.

When you reach a moving platform with fire blocks on either side, head to the top of the room. The Energy Sphere is above a set of fire blocks. Cool them and destroy them to access it.

Be careful when you're doing this, as the moving platform may close in on you and squash you between the blocks and platform if you're not quick enough.

When you enter the area with spiked wheels after grabbing the Stone Copy Ability, make sure you pass through the area without getting hit. Look out for the room with three wheels &m💛dash; the Energy Sphere is in the ✤center, but there are blocks above it.

Swim to the top of the room, directly above where the Energy Sphere is. You can jump up into the air. When you're in the air, wait until there are no wheels in your path below, then use the Stone Copy Ability. Kirby will slam down, destroy the blocks and allowing yoไu ꦿto access the Energy Sphere.

After defeating the Dubior miniboss and getting the Spark Copy Ability, you'll enter a room where you're in a moving platform. Shoot electricity upwards to hit the bomb blocks above you.꧅ꦓ There are three in total to hit. The Energy Sphere will be waiting at the end.

When you grab a star lever in the final section, a key will appear. You need to take this to the end of the section to open a locked door and reach the Energy Sphere.

Stage Three

While riding down the conveyor belt in the first section, keep an eye out for a star lever to pull. When you see it, grab it. B𓆏locks will appear in front of you. 🦂Jump to the top of them to grab the Energy Sphere.

In the third section, you'll hit a star button to make a platform rise up ahead of you. It descends and disappears after a short amount of time. Run across it, and you'll see an Energy Sphere in a dip on the surface.

When you enter the fifth section, use the Flare Beam Super Ability to light up all the stars in a row on either side of you. The platform you're on will lower, revealing a path to the right.

Enter the star portal that appears. Complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to obtain the two Energy Spheres.

Stage Four

Part way through the second section, you'll see an enemy shaped like a sword. Destroy the blocks above it to reveal a secret passage where you can obtain the Hammer Copy Ability.

A little further along, you'll see gray blocks below you. Smash these with the Hammer Copy Ability to retrieve the Energy Sphere.

Just after you receive the first Energy Sphere, you'll see a star door, but don't go into this one. Smash the blocks on the left of the door to reveal a new passage to a different star door. Follow the current to receive the Energy𝐆 Sphere on the way.

After defeating the Kibble Blade, grab the Cutter Copy Ability and use this to hit the star button on the right of the boss area. You'll need throw the blade to the left, then curve it back and above Kirby to hit the button. This removes tꦉhe blocks on the left, revealing the Energy Sphere.

Near the end of the fifth section, you'll come to a room where the star door is through a passage on the right. Don't go in here. Stick to the left of the room to avoid being taken by the current, and go down the passage at the bottom of the room. This leads you directly to the Energy Sphere.

In the final section, pay attention to the fish the pop in and out from the ceiling and below. The final one (next to a row of blocks and a bomb block on the right) covers a star door when it pops out. Go in here.

Go up to the top of the room. The Energy Sphere is behind a locked door. Walk to the right and grab the Spark Copy Ability from the enemy. Shoot electricity upwards to hit a bomb block and receive a candle. Take this and walk back towards the locked door. Hit the bomb block closest to the locked door to get the key. Unlock the door and grab the Energy Sphere.

Stage Five

This Energy Sphere appears during the first time you need to avoid the platforms descending from above. When the final one descends, there will be two safe spaces, but go to the left and jump up to grab the Energy Sphere.

In the third section of this stage, you'll see a conveyor belt that moves much faster than any you've seen above. About halfway across, you'll see a large enemy. Behind it, there's a star door. Go inside.

Grab the key on the left and drop down onto the conveyor belt. Make Kirby duck beneath the spiked enemies as you go through them. Jump up to the ledge above to open the locked door and grab the Energy Sphere.

This one appears during the second section where the platforms descend from above. When the safe space is directly in the center of the area, jump all the way up the narrow passage. The Energy Sphere is at the top.

After you've grabbed the clear rupee, continue going down and look out for a clear wall on the right that you can pass through. Grab the star lever to remove the blocks and pickꦡ 💝up the Energy Sphere.

This Energ൲y Sphere appears just before the final star door. When the platforms are descending above you from right t🔥o left, jump up to the left to collect it.

When you're running with multiple large, fiery balls behind you, look ou for a key. Pick it up and take it to the end of the path. Drop down and turn left. Open the locked door to collect the Energy Sphere.

After receiving the Water Copy Ability from Water Galboros, grab the key from atop a row of blocks ahead. Take the key to the end of the slope. Drop down, turn left to unlock the door, and then enter the star door.

Go down to the left side of the room to grab a key. Jump up the lava blocks to reach the locked door. Open it🥀 to gra🐟b the Energy Sphere.

In the fourth section, you'll see a bomb block surrounded by blocks directly in your path. Bait the fish out and wait for a safe gap to hit the bomb block. This reveals a star door, so go inside.

Below you, there's an enemy holding a key. Hit the star button ahead to star racing it. Hit the next star button, but make sure to jump over the next one. Hit the next two star buttons and jump over the one after these. At the next star button, look below and wait for the moving platform to be close to the enemy holding the key. Press it when they're close.

Drop down at the end to intercept the enemy and grab the key. Jump over the gap and unlock the door ahead to receive the Energyꦜ Spherཧe.

Just before the final star door, you'll see a big, volcano-like structure. Use the Snow Bowl Super Ability and make Kirby sit on top of it. It will explore and reveal a star portal. Go inside to complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer. You'll receive two Energy Spheres at the end.

Stage Two

In the very first area, you'll descend down a platform. About halfway down, keep a lookout on the left for the Energy Sphere. The platforms slows here so you'll have a chance to grab it.

In the second section, you'll go down a ladder with a Ninja enemy at the top and at the bottom. Grab the Ninja Copy Ability from one of them. About halfway down the ladder, there's a secret passageway🤪 on the right. Float through to enter a star door.

Float to the top of the moving lava block. It will move down for a very short amount of time. Have Kirby expel air and throw a knife at the rope through the gap. It may take a few tries to time this right.

You'll cut the rope, and make the platform fall on the star button below. Return to the entrance to claim the Energy Sphere.

Afer receiving the Grand Hammer Super Ability, you'll come across blocks with wires in that you'll need to align. There are three sets of them, and the third one leads you to a totem. Destroy all five red pipes to make the star portal appear. Then, complete the platforming section and defeat the Sphere Doomer to receive two Energy Spheres.

Stage Three

At the beginning of the third section, you'll walk across a bridge with fireballs floating above you. Look to the ground beneath the last fireball. There are two breakable blocks. Smash them and run ▨along the block📖s to the left to grab the Energy Sphere.

In the fifth section, float to the top of the second big fireball. There's a secret star door that's revealed when the fireball descends. Go inside.

Use the boot in this room to bounce along the lava plumes, spiked enemies and fireballs. You'll find the Energy Sphere in the top left of the room, beneath blocks you need to smash with the boot.

In the section where you use a trombone to shield yourself from enemies falling above you, keep to the left when you see the star door above you. There's an enemy here holding a key. Grab it from the enemy before it fওalls in the lava and takeꦑ the key to the next section.

You need to safely transport this key all the way to the top of the section. You'll see a locked door to the left of the star door.

After gaining the Ultra Sword Super Ability, keep a look out for a volcano with a glowing star on it. Use your Super Ability on it to reveal a star portal. Head inside. Complete the platforming section and defeat the two Sphere Doomers to receive the final two Energy Spheres.
