Summary

  • Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has been reimagined with an isometric view, shared by user Merinid.
  • The 45-second clip showcases Henry of Skalitz navigating Kuttenberg in a comedic and intriguing manner.
  • Despite the unlikely use of an isometric view in future Kingdom Come games, the reimagined version is compelling and well-received.

Over the last few years, the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:isometric camera has returned with a vengeance, if it ever went anywhere. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur's Gate 3 is arguably the pinnacle of this, but games like Hades, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Disco Elysium, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Path of Exile 2, have all used it expertly.

Henry wielding the Keyblade is the dream.

One game that didn't really need an isometric camera is the early Game of the Year contender, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. But, while it didn't need o𒆙ne, that'🥃s not stopped one player from reimagining it as such with incredible results.

I Now Want To Play An Isometric Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's new look was first on the gameꦓ's by us🌠er Merinid.

The 45-second clip shows protagonist Henry of Skalitz getting up to his usual nonsense, except this time, the camera is looking over his shoulder. The clip is primarily set in the city of Kuttenberg, with Henry paroling the mud-strewn streets, taking part in fights with the city's guards and residents, comicallyও escaping from trouble, and stealthily choking out an unsuspecting denizen before he takes his leave, heads off on horseback and is hilariously thrown from his saddle.

It's a fascinating, inc✤redible take on the game and one that I did𒉰n't know I needed to play until now.

Any future Kingdom Come: Deliverance game is highly unlikely to take cues from this camera; however, with the success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, a future sequel is highly likely. Henry's voice actor, Tom McKay was recently asked how he'd feel if he wasn't the protagonist in the s🙈eries' next title, saying, "We do have a very good sense of what's happening next, obviously I can't talk about any of that, but I think those decisions are not in our hands, and I am open to all ideas," addin♈g that he's "happy to play this character for as long or as little as anybody wants me to."

I no🧔w just really want a 15th-century Disco Elysium-style crime-solving RPG, with Henry and Hans and an isometric camera.
