168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Baldur's Gate 3 lets you be anything you want to be. A h🔯eroic adventurer, a force for evil, a committed lover, or a wandering lothario. You can fight like a devious and conniving rascal, become a powerful battering ram, or wield magic with grace and panache. Help the refugees or let them die because their murderer is kinda hot in leather, the choice is always yours. Recently, I made myself and Karlach into Greek Goddess warrior lovers - and you can too.

Karlach was my favourite character before I even met her. A symptom of waiting a month for the consol🍰e release, I had some awareness of the cast before they were truly mine, and I wasn't sure Karlach could stack up to my imagined version of her plucked from briefly seen clips and fanart. Instead, she has ascended to the pantheon of my most beloved characters ever, and it's only right that I award her godly status with some godly attire.

Long Rests Are The Key To Baldur's Gate 3's Story

I used to see long rests as a cheap way to recover health and spell slots, but now I realise 𒈔they're a crucial part of Bald𒈔ur's Gate 3's storytelling

Karlach is currently rocking the Elegant Robe, which you can get from Figaro "Facemaker" Pennygood's stash during the Act Three mission to Investigate The Murders. This comes in red at first, but if you dye it with the harlequin dye, it comes out white. Look, the dyes are incredibly stupid, okay? Don't ask me why. But Karlach's blistering red skin beneath those flowing white robes is resplendent, and it's only fitting that I, as her lover and confidant, have a fit to match.

Also at Figaro's I procured the Angelic Scion Outfit, which initially came in copper and gold but after some red dye, comes out the other end (in a major twist) as a red garment with a gold filigree. It's a breezy and open outfit, romantic and poetic with my warrior goddess by my side. The equipment helps too. Karlach has the trident Nyrulna you can win from the djinn - possibly the best weapon in the game - and a very Athenian shield. I have a gold shortsword and am protected by an ornate gold shield of my own, though as a warlock who casts mayhem from distance I am mostly protected by Karlach.

The rest of the gang get on okay. Gale picked up some nice threads from Figaro too, while Lae'zel and Shadowheart both have dyed leather ensembles from the bordello. Astarion is the only one in full armour right now, with some fetching scalemail and a floppy hat. And Wyll... look if you care about Wyll as little as I do then you want me to end this sentence as soon as possible, so I Wyll. And that pun is the most interest I have ever had in him. No, this distaste is entirely unrelated to the fact my wife romanced him in her playthrough, how dare you accuse me of such bias.

I've gone through various phases with my outfits in Baldur's Gate 3. Initially we were just all in whatever armour worked best, then I realised we could have our camp clothes appear on screen while still getting the protections and benefits of our battle armour, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:so we ran around in our underwear. Act Three has some fashion too good to resist, so now we're all dressed up to the nine hells.

I'm glad I get to give Karlach her due. Playing as a barbarian is always my default option, before I force myself t✱o consider deeper, moreꦓ varied approaches that lead to more unique scenarios. It's why the new Barbarian subclass that turns you into a spiritual viking is so appealing. Through Karlach, I can have my warlock fun and play out all the trappings of a wizard and cleric and rogue, all while relying primarily on a tiefling who chucks her magical trident at thing🐬s really, really hard.

Just when I thought I couldn't love Karlach anymore, she ascends to godhood before my very eyes, and takes me with her. Clothing lets you tell your own story in Baldur's Gate 3, and I could not hope to write a more perfect tale than this. You can put characters in funny clothes, cool clothes, perfunctory clothes, but Karlach feels like she was made for this. She feels like she was made for me. Baldur's Gate 3 is a special game, and I never want it to end.
