These Innates are generally considered extremely weak for PvE and if you have spinꦇs available, you should reroll them to get higher rarity (and therefore stronger) Innates.
Boogie Woogie is not entirely unusable as it does have some fun movement abilities, with its teleport such as Swap and Evasive Swap, but generally the DPS is very low. As we mentioned, this tier list l🔴ooks a little different for PvE/PvP.
