This will considerably change if you decide to see everything available in Inscryption (more 🐎info below), and you can also start multiple runs after completion as the game offers replayability thanks to its roguelike nature and the number of cards it brings.
How Long Does Inscryption Take To 100 Percent?
If you want to collect every card, get all the trophies/achievements, and discover every little secret in Inscryption, your playtime will increase by a couple of hours — but not too much. You'll have to play for around 20 hours to see everything the game offers. This basically means you have to defeat all bosses, win some battles under specific circumstances, and complete Kaycee's Mod multiple ways, clearing every Challenge Level.
How Many Acts Are In Inscryption?
There are only three Acts in the game, each one presenting its own deckbuilding structure and path with a unique perspective and a𒀰esthetic. Completing an Act will depend on how well you build your deck, the luck you have in the encounters, and how fast you can solve puzzles represented in an escape room scenario.
Between each Act, there's a series of footage videos that contextualizes (at least a bit) what's Inscryption and what's going on with the main character. These clips aren't too long and they won't add much to your playtime.
Finally, there's Kaycee's Mod. This is an official expansion that was added after the game's launch. With it, Act 1 becomes a new experience, with new cards, encounters, and several Challenges you can add to your run to make things much more interesting (and hard!). You can play this mode with different starter decks, and it will take a while to clear all the Challenge Levels.
