While Huohuo might not be the strongest character in lore, she's turning out to be one of the strongest sustainers in the game. While he can get two free Skill Points with his Ultimate, you'd still run into problems because of the high usage. This is completely circumvented if you use Sparkle, and his damage also gains a massive boost.
